They love to take your money but when you have a problem which you will they are rude and totally unhelpful.
In talks with the finance company to get the deal unwound as the car is definately not fit for purpose and I'm getting nowhere with this farsicle company.
Trust me when I say this do not buy a car from Phantom Motor Company, you have been warned!

Super friendly people, very helpful, great service. Felt very welcome, very impressive setup with some super motors, travelled 290 miles for the car of my dreams a fully loaded Mercedes ML350, they gave a fair price for my PX and arranged my finance for me.
Very simply the best!!
I will be back.

Good selection of cars, all prepared very nicely, would definitely recommend, just bought my third car off these guys, always looked after me with my part exchange, every car I have had they always ask me to sell it them back when I'm ready for change.

Bought a Mercedes A Class from Phantom Motor Company and my Mrs loves it. I paid a good price, gave me a reasonable trade in figure in which they didn't haggle me when I got there. They have some dream toys in the showroom, they didn't pester me which I quite liked, arranged everything for me, helped to tax it as I'm no good with the old computer, found them very good to deal with.
Will be back for another car as I have had bad experiences in the part when buying performance cars.

My review of Phantom Motor Company is simple, don't buy a car from this company. I bought a Range Rover sport and everything was wrong and the staff are also wrong be very carefull if you do they are like smiling assigns until you have got the car.

I would NOT use Phantom Motor Company ever again or recommend them to anyone. Had problems with our car from day one and I took it back on numerous occasions, where Phantom Motor Company said it had been dealt with but just fobbed us off. Absolute fuming and a whole lot of money later we are out of pocket massively.
