While browsing Auto Trader for an upgrade, I stumbled upon Phantom Motor Company, where I found a stunning Audi A6. Upon visiting the dealership, I met Alistair, who was fantastic. He didn't pressure me into buying and allowed me to proceed at my own pace. The entire process was relaxed, straightforward, and Alistair was transparent throughout.

If you want a straight forward buying experience then I couldn't recommend this company enough Longin made everything really easy and I was driving away in my Ford Focus RS in no time.

I've not driven my Audi A4 for a couple of weeks now because I've bought another car, but while I was driving the Audi I was really enjoying it. Gary was the salesman, and he was great to deal with, he was easy to talk to and was very informative.

I'm so happy with my Jaguar E-Pace! I couldn't be happier with seeing the car on AutoTrader when I did because otherwise it would have been sold to the first person who laid eyes on it (luckily that as me) I've used the car everyday since driving away and I still cant get enough of it, I just love it. Brian really helped me out while I was buying the car and talked me through everything, I can't fault the service. I've already told others about this company. So hopefully they get a car from here at some point.

What a great example of an amazing dealership. I've visited companies before where as soon as I've walked onto the forecourt, they've come running over, and I really don't like this approach, I've even walked off multiple times as a result of that. This wasn't the case at all at Phantom Motor Company. Longin allowed me to walk around the Toyota CHR at my own pace and let us discuss as a family if it was the right car. When we did approach him for more information, he was very professional and not pushy at all! He was a brilliant salesman. It's left a really good first impression. When I next need a new car, I will be back here.

I've been consistently impressed with the quality and reliability of the cars from Phantom Motor Company. This latest purchase has been no exception - it's been absolutely spot on with no issues whatsoever. Having bought six cars from them in the past, my partner wanted to change the colour of her car, so we part exchanged her white Jaguar for a grey one, which was the exact same model. In the past, I've been known to be somewhat of an impulsive buyer and the team has been great to accommodate this by providing me with speedy service and allowing me to drive home in my new cars on the same day I've viewed them. I can confidently say that I won't be going anywhere else for a car. Highly recommended!

I can't compliment the service enough! The whole process was so easy, and I am more than happy with my Kia Sportage. I had the friendliest person drop my car off, he was really lovely and completed what had been just the best car buying experience. Definitely a 10! because buying a car is usually such a painful experience, dodging people who are trying to sell you a nail and making you feel stupid for walking away, so you should all get great credit for being such an open company.

10/10 for phantom motor company because I'm very impressed with my Ford Focus.

The car looked to be in great condition, and the price was so good that I couldn't resist going to have a look. As soon as I saw the car, I was surprised. It looked even better than the pictures I saw online, and the millage being so low confirmed I made the right choice going to Phantom Motor Company. The process was made really quick and easy by the incredible staff there. They addressed all my questions with professionalism and friendliness, and they also knew how excited I was about the car, so they made sure on collection the car was ready and had been cleaned to a very high standard.
