I turned up at Phantom Motors based in Wigan and I was welcomed with open arms by their sales executive Craig, we spoke a little about what car I wanted. I was shown to the Jaguar F Pace, I then took it for a test drive, fell in love with it so I had to buy it. It was that simple and easy! Things could not of gone any better, easier or more straight forward. I am over the moon with my overall experience. I can't recommend them enough and I know the first place I will look when I need a new car!

Very helpful, and a great service from Kevin. It really felt as though I was actually valued as a customer not something that can be said of many car dealerships. He did not use any hard selling or watch over me whilst I was deciding on what to do and let me think about things in my own time until I decided I wanted to go ahead and buy the car from him. He helped me with any information I needed or any questions I had about the car and he was always there if I needed him for anything. It was a pleasant experience and I am glad that I chose this dealership to buy my car from. My Land Rover is running well and I really enjoy the time I spend driving it.

Craig that dealt with me was such a lovely guy, he talked through everything with me and gave me lots of information about the car and did so in a concise manner, he was not like most second hand car salesmen coming across pushy with the sale and instead letting me take my time looking round the car. I'm extremely happy with how everything was handled and my VW Polo is driving well and I'm really pleased with it. I would definitely do business with these in the future and I would recommend Phantom in Wigan to my family and friends!

I am a returning customer of Phantom Motor Company, Kevin is a good family friend and I bought my M140 from him previously. When I bought the M140, speed and performance but I opted for a Mercedes C Class this time round as my driving preferences are maturing and I am more interested in the comfort and luxury. I drive the car daily for work and it's mega. I work in car sales myself so I always expect a certain standard of car buying experiences. Kevin and the team never disappoint, despite being family friends, the always manage to find the balance and keep the process professional. Really happy as always.

Mechanically, the car is running really well and I am very happy with my new BMW 5 Series. The only thing I am waiting to get sorted is the car has been serviced but the message hasn't been reset. Brian is a really nice guy, clearly a really experienced salesmen and knows his stuff. Hoping they will have a Mercedes E220D, roughly 2016/17 model as I would like another car and would like to get it through Brian and Phantom Motor Company if possible.

The wife and I were both busy looking for a car to replace our old X6. We wanted something with a more practical driving position and to uphold the luxury which the X6 offered. We came across the Porsche Cayenne, Craig sold it really well and really looked after us in store. The car is taking some getting used to, the technical side of things especially. We don't put many miles on which has only made it more difficult however, my wife and I are really happy with everything start to finish.
