Really happy with my X1, I have had similar cars but this is like no other in it's class. It's classy, high performing, looks amazing, turns heads and ticks every box for me. I have driven as far as Southport already and the car handles both the long and short journeys like a dream. Chelsea was really good, can't complain about anything really, start to finish.

This is my first time dealing with Phantom Motor Company, I am really happy with my new Mustang! It was my missus who made the final decision, she really liked the car and I have always been fond too so with it being within out budget it seemed like a no brainier. The car has been great, it's mainly a weekend car and we probably do around 2/300 miles a week on a busy weekend. the only issue we had was initially the wheel bearings were starting to go, we tried to go through the warranty but due to the time it was taking I decided to settle this myself. Craig was great but I think we weren't on the same page with the warranty and I think they could improve by going into more detail about the warranty and what it covers. I move to Canada in 5 years time and hope to have the car for the full duration however, if I do decided to change I would happily ,revisit Craig and the Phantom Motor Company team.

Really happy with the Ford Edge Brian sorted us from Phantom Motor Company. The car has been ruthlessly tested with the weather at current, I had to drive down from my home in Scotland to Manchester for a funeral recently and what should have been a 5/6 hour drive took over 8 hours. The car handled the journey really well, I felt confident that although the journey took longer, I wouldn't have any issues with the conditions and the flooding. Brain was a pleasure to deal with, really professional, not pushy and really informative. It's worth noting although the dealership is so far away, if I need a new car in future, I would still drive and visit Brian at Phantom Motor Company first.

I had a Mercedes E43 for a few years and it gave me nothing but headaches. I picked up a Jaguar F Pace and I don't think I'll ever have anything other than a Jag again! I really love my new car and although it took me a long time to get used to the size, it's a beautiful car and performs really well. The sales team at Phantom Motor Company have been amazing, I met the owner and was treated like a customer should be treated right the way through. My only qualm falls with the warranty team who I found a little rude while heading me with a minor issue I had. Even if I had the issue, if I hadn't of had to deal with the warranty team it would be 5 Star all round.

I have had a few cars from Phantom Motor Company, most recently I traded in my Urus and bought my Rolls Royce Wriath. Like the look of the car but not a fan of the large steering wheel and long bonnet. Always a pleasure dealing with Phantom Motor Company and I will more than likely be looking for something else from them soon.

Dealing with Phantom Motor Company has been a very positive experience with a few areas which could be improved. Firstly, I am really happy with our new VW Transporter, it's a lovely motor, drives really well and is perfect for what I need. The mechanism in the back door went which we replaced, I didn't even think to contact the dealership with them being so far away. Craig was really pleasant to deal with although, he was so busy it did feel like I had to chase him a little bit. He did however, make sure we were comfortable with the sale, his approach didn't feel pushy and he does seem very genuine. I think a couple extra members of staff would go along way to making the experience smoother but overall, I am very happy.

I went with my friend to help him by a new car, Chelsea was incredibly accommodating, helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable with the sale. So far, my friend loves the car and has had no issues.

Really happy with my new Jeep Renegade and really pleased with Kevin and the team. We have noticed a noise coming from the engine, highlighted this too the team and they are happy to help.

I have had a few Volvo's in the past and I am a big advocate of these cars. I had the V70 Estate, I actually had two of these, they are really strong, reliable cars and Volvo's reputation is well deserved. I had a Mercedes after this and decided to make a change as I am currently touring Spain and needed something bigger. The car has a slight noise which I will be getting looked at when I come back, the lads had replaced something with the suspension before the purchase and did make me aware it could make some noises while it's settling in. Overall, the experience has been a pleasant one and I am happy.

I am very happy with Phantom Motor Company, start to finish they have been really really good. I think Kevin was the main guy I was dealing with, him and all he other staff I met were exceptional. The Discovery isn't the first Land Rover I have had, I had an Evoque before which was significantly more powerful, however, the Discovery is the practical family car me, my wife, three kids and the dog all needed. All round, over the moon and would shop here again in the future.
