I bought my Caddy from Pickering Motors in September. Very impressed with the whole process from initial contact, to getting the vehicle taxed for me and delivering it to my home address. The price was very competitive and the vehicle in mint condition. Unfortunately it recently developed a leak on the fuel pipe which my local garage repaired. I contacted Andy and was offered a full apology and I was refunded the total cost of the repair with no quibble. That is excellent customer service that you don’t get everywhere. I wholeheartedly recommend Pickering Motors. Total piece of mind when you buy from them.

Me and the wife had been browsing for a new vehicle for some time and then we called in to pickering motor company whilst the lockdown restrictions had been lifted and they were extremely helpful and allowed us to view the vehicles they had on site at our own time and pace. With in a week the vehicle I had chosen was fully prepped and had a fresh mot completed on it ready for me drive away. couldn’t fault the service we received and have already recommended 2 friends to them! We will definitely be back in the future!

I was treated very well by this dealer, they was helpful and polite. I bought a Caddy Maxi and the van is great, I'm very happy with it. The process was quick and smooth and the dealer was very responsive, good communication. I have already recommended to a few friends. Very pleased.

This dealer handled the sale perfectly from the start, I originally enquired on a VW Caddy but when I looked at everything they had I ended up buying 2 vehicles. The dealer was polite, worked efficiently, and was very helpful, so much knowledge. They did twice the amount of work in half the amount of time, can't thank them enough for moving so quickly. I collected the cars and took a 2nd person with me, really impressed with how the vehicles were presented to me, immaculate outside cosmetically they looked astounding. Inside the vehicles had been fully sanitised from top to bottom, very thorough cleaning. Thanks Pickering, I will spread the name and certainly bob back down when I need something new again.

Absolutely perfect dealer, this dealer is a prime example of how to sell vehicles correctly, and how to run a business successfully. The dealer is all about catering for customers need's and not about lining his pockets. I went to collect the Renault Master and I was mega happy with it, it looked great, tip top condition and very clean. I drove home in it a very happy man. The customer service was second to none, the salesman was perfect, did and said all the right things and looked after me. I bought the Master to convert into a Camper which has been done now - very very pleased, I'm ready to get out adventuring in it now! I will always highly recommend Pickering Motor Company to anybody looking for a vehicle, I will certainly return when needed.

This dealer was so kind and helpful, it was nice to feel valued as a customer, and the dealer wasn't pushy at all. He told me all about the van on the phone, explained everything and the steps to me. I collected the Caddy and very pleased with it, it was clean and tidy, inside and out, looked great.
