I went to Pickering Motor Company to buy a Volkswagen Caddy Maxi, I had seen it online and pretty much bought it, we just needed to collect and ensure we was happy. The Sales guy was very good, very helpful, lots of information and nothing was too much trouble. I travelled from Aberdeen to Blackpool so quite a journey, but very worth it. A few weeks after buying I had an issue with the Caddy - I called and the dealer told me to get it checked locally, it was the injectors, needed replacing. Pickering Motor Company ordered the parts and had them sent to my local garage who did the repair work, and the dealer covered the cost. Really impressed with how quickly they got this sorted, the part was delivered and fitted within days. Pickering Motor Company handled it all perfectly, and very professionally. I'm made up with the van now, and I'd certain travel again to buy from this dealer again in the future.

I was looking for a adapted car and when searching the internet, I found Pickering Motor Company in Blackpool - I found their reviews before their website, I read the reviews on here and was amazed, it certainly reflected through when I spoke to the dealership. They are quite some distance but the stock looked great, a nice range to chose from all adapted or modified and in great condition. The chap was extremely helpful when I first phone up. I decided on a VW Caddy, and he gave me all the details, history and facts of the motor - I liked what I heard. We agreed on a price and we was away from there - very easy, quick, professional and polite service received - Cannot fault at all. I will return to Pickering next time we change our mobility car - lovely chap, lovely dealership and a lovely motor.

I really needed a new car, but time was limited and I really didnt know what I wanted, I don't know much about cars and I didnt have any assistance either, so I was going to buy a car alone, and quite clueless.... I did lots of homework, read hundreds of reviews and I couldn't pick a 'con' with Pickering Motor Company from other customers feedback. I decided to contact them and ask for some help, from the first conversation I felt comfortable and relaxed and I wasn't stressed anymore, the first phone call and the customer reviews gave me the confidence to buy a car without even seeing it or visiting the dealership. I was very happy with the gent who was dealing with me, very helpful and lots of information, we arrange delivery and everything happened on time as planned, very smooth and straight forward process. Its been a breathe of fresh air to get what I was told I would get, its been a enjoyable experience, pain free and exciting. I highly recommend Pickering Motor Company.

I'm quite a distance from Blackpool, but found Pickering Motor Company online when looking to upgrade our mobility car. I am ever so pleased I found them, they will be the only dealer we buy from moving forward. The Fiat Doblo is absolutely perfect. I am extraordinarily happy with the car and the customer service was astounding from the very start. I was a bit nervous about buying a vehicle from such a distance but I shouldn't have worried, its all been perfect. The Doblo was delivered to me, on time and spotlessly clean, by a very lovely and friendly chap. I have recommended to everybody I know, and I will continue to, they was absolutely fantastic, when we are ready to replace, we will be back to Andy at Pickering Motor Company, top marks thanks a bunch!

Very pleased with the Citroen Berlingo I purchased from here, its a great vehicle, its used daily and been very reliable since buying. The dealer was helpful and friendly, its the first time I've bought from Pickering Motor Company, but I would be more than happy to buy from them again and recommend to others. Chuffed to bits with my new motor, what a cracking buy it was. I negotiated the price slightly and had a trade in, so worked out absolutely great for me. I am over the moon. The dealership was very good, looked after me well. I have never in all my years, bought a car or van without seeing it first, I saw the Citroen Berlingo online, and it looks perfect for what I wanted it for but thought it was a bit risky. I felt I was taking a bit of a chance buying without seeing, but it certainly paid off, it was well worth the chance. I've had the Berlingo a month or so and its been a dream. I bought it to convert into a camper, and the conversion is complete - it looks incredible. I'm ever so pleased with it. Thanks to Andy and Dave for all their hard work on getting the van to me, quicker than planned and for a smooth and easy process, top lads running a fantastic little establishment.
