VW Golf i was really looked after at this dealer pleasant experience.
After service definitely needs a lot of work. I bought my car online/phone was told there was no leeway on the price because £600 - £800 had been spent on the car but they would throw in a 13amp & type 2 charging lead along with some MG mats, on arrival of car the mats were used so were probably already in the car, the 13 amp charging cable was also in a used condition & would have come with the car anyway, seems they must take things out then offer them back as extras. There are also camera problems on the car which were there when the car was sold to me, I was told by the manager that he would not expect his staff to check everything on a car before selling it on ?? The car drives beautifully and is very comfortable but that is down to MG not the dealership. The manager was rude on the phone to me ( as I was back to him but only because of his initial rudeness to me ) I asked for some compensation with an opening amount of £600 but was told that nothing would be forthcoming so no negotiation at all. This has all been going on for some time so have lost the time in which I could give the car back ?? No wonder they are #52 of 59 in Stoke

Rang about a car I saw advertised to be told it was to late in the day for that particular deal which is fair enough.but when I asked for the new price they just hung up the phone very unprofessional.Update after they called back to apologise they went on to tell me they would ring me back the next day to sort a deal out.that never happened just a waste of my time very disappointing service

We purchased a 2015 toyota yaris hybrid from this garage, I said I don't want a car that has been sprayed up, the salesman said It just had a little dent in the rear bumper and was in the body shop he showed us a picture of the dent, it was so small that we agreed to go back to see the car, I said I wanted a sat nav, he said it has one, it did not and would cost £1000 to fit one, we looked around it and my wife said the front bumper did not look right he said they all have a gap like that. We drove it home and I asked my mobile mechanic to look it over, he said take it back and get your money back, it has had a front end knock and been sprayed as well as the rear and over spray all over the bonnet and other areas and the front was loose, so we got our money back, A VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE.

Sold me a car with potentially fatal steering defect , Refused to contact me , left me with no vehicle for three months . It cost me thousands in legal fees to get refund . Do not trust

Very poor. Did not test drive to check fault. Was not an advocate with MG warranty. Not customer first and fairly rude too.
Very pleased with the honest description of the vehicle. It was very easy agreeing a deal with Richard. Vehicle was serviced, M.O.T ‘ed valeted and presented really well. Good experience all round.
