Bought a car from Pitstop Aberdeen and within a week (and under warranty) a warning sensor light came on. Took it in told it was fixed but not to worry about it, it was just a sensor error. A couple of weeks later its back on, same happened again but was told again not to worry it was a sensor error. Took in AGAIN after warranty ran out for a service and asked for this to be fixed again - Assured it was but within days it was back on and car wouldn't start. After the car being with them for 7 days we got told that it was indeed an issue (as it always had been) but basically they hadn't been bothered to check. 10th day we get the car park with a £300+ bill that if they had carried out a proper inspection the first 2 times it was in would have been covered by the warranty. Actually tried to charge labour for doing what they should have done months ago under the warranty...

I usually buy a cheaper older car just for running around town. I finally decided to buy a newer car and pay extra for a good, reliable, decent car. The car I bought at Pitstop turned out to be a complete wreck. It was worse than any of my previous old runarounds. I took it for a test drive and everything seemed fine, then literally days later it started falling apart, suspension in a mess, loud creaking noises,etc. It was obvious that Stuart had patched up the car just to get it sold. I took it back several times but was faced with a sarcastic and horrible response from him so I ended up giving up and going to a different garage to have it repaired. I really don't know how these people get away with basically ripping off people like myself who are paying a lot of money. I regret not taking the matter to the ombudsman and going to court if needed be?

I purchased my car 2 years ago and I also give this dealer 100% satisfaction in every way. I am delighted with my car and not ready to change but when I am. I will use pit stop and Stewart again. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is honest and diligent in his car checks and safety. I was concerned I was gettin such a good car at such a good price that there would be something had to be wrong. But no. It's perfect 100% reliable and safe.... I felt The need to give him some feedback on how happy motoring he has given me over these years and I have not forgot his good service to me
