I have recently ordered a kuga on mobility was given a delivery date, the delivery date has gone by not even a phone call by trustford of Bradford I’ve had to keep phoning them there customer service is shocking never return phone calls or emails.
Dealt with Steve Dickinson at Trust Ford Bradford. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely car, clean inside and out. Indicator bulb failed within few days. Quickly replaced. No fuss. Overall very happy.

We would just like to give credit where it’s due! Having gone for a coffee we decided to bob into TrustFord Bradford more for a browse than to purchase. After a little while sales exec Damien Campbell came to see if we were being looked after, we had a few quick questions as we weren’t intending to buy. Damien was professional and very patient with us as we started to ask more and more questions about the Mustang in the showroom. We started having a bit of banter with Damien he wasn’t at all pushy, nor did he presume we were time wasters, he made us feel very relaxed and had a passion for what he did. The service he delivered was first class and that’s when we changed from browsing to wanting to buy. Damien went through all our options very thoroughly. I have to say Damien made our buying experience from TrustFord Bradford a very pleasurable one and we are fuss pots (mainly because we want to know we have got the right car for us when we buy). The manager also came to see us when we picked the car up to make sure we were happy with the service that has been delivered to us. It certainly exceeded our expectations ! I certainly wouldn’t hesitate recommending this dealership in fact we have already recommended them to family. I saw a car online at trustford Bradford and really liked the colour and felt it was time to upgrade my old fiesta. I live 4 hours away and decided to trust the salesman to manage this sale. I asked all the relevant questions on the phone. He assured me the car was great, previously owned by a relative of his and well looked after. I asked for email confirmation which he sent. Despite friends advising me against the sale, I placed a £100 deposit. I was assured the car would have mats, some petrol and valeted. Delivery of the car was arranged for the morning of 26/7/17. It was late and I left for work. After all it's trustford, what could go wrong. My elderly mum and 11 year old child accepted delivery as I was at work. My son arrived home before I did and informed me the car was dirty inside, smelled, no mats, no petrol and cigarette burns in the driver arm rest and roof lining. I don't smoke so found this very fraustrating. This was not mentioned to me at any point during the sale. I sent an email to the salesman and he agreed to refund mats purchased by my son. We put the smell in the car to it not being valeted and previous driver smoking in the car. I said to my son, I will valet the car to get rid of the smell and stains in the seat etc. The car sat on my drive for 4 weeks waiting for the new V5 to enable me to put a personal plate and insure it. I have use of other vehicles so was not an issue waiting for the car to be legal with their right plates before using. When this was done, car insured and legal. I decided to valet the car and start enjoying the car. The valet called and said the smell in the car was coming from the spare tyre compartment which is filled with diesel. He was really concerned as any driver and passengers in the car for a long period of time would have passed out driving the car if the diesel spillage had not been found. The dealer agreed to take the car and remedy the diesel spillage and cigarette burns. They had the car for three weeks. I got the car back on 22/9/17 and it was disgusting. The diesel smell is worse, the car was dirty inside and outside. Hair on the rear seats dirt on front seats and driver pedals. The outside looked like it has rained dirt on it. It was worse than when it left. It looks like the car was left standing to air out for the 3 weeks that they had it and decided to return it thinking the smell has disappeared. Their attempt to repair the cigarette burns in the roof lining now looks hideous. The car is now sat on my drive. It cannot be driven as the driver can pass out inhaling the diesel smell. Can't put anything in the boots as the strong smell of the diesel smell is so overpowering. The diesel stain In the rear passenger seat is visible and it smells. Their response to my reports to them when the car was returned on 22/9/17 is that the diesel was not there when it was first delivered so they consider the matter closed. I am so disappointed as I really like the car. The other worry is, if the car appeared cleaned when it was received and I had just driven it, I could have passed out and had an accident - hurting myself and possibly others. Not to mention the health implications to rear passengers where the diesel smell was concentrated. I have now decided to excercise my rights under the consumer rights act 2015 and reject the car. Letters, pictures sent to finance company to let them know as I cannot be dealing with dishonest people. My life was put at risk and it's not acceptable to respond with "matter closed" no amount of money is worth anyone's life. Buyer beware!!

So far I can only say I am very happy with Trust ford Bradford 2to3 weeks after buying a B max the heated front windscreen wouldn't work on the drivers side after ringing they arranged a car for me to use whilst my car was checked I rang on the second day to be told that a new windscreen was at that moment being fitted. On collecting the car they had also done a mini valet you cant get better service than that. From sales Brendon to service Laura exellant.
TrustFord Bradford were awful, they are not willing to discuss any pricing until we committed to buying a car, tried to force nearly £3,500 worth of extras onto an £8,000 car because 'FSA rules meant they had to' - a disgrace to the trade.
I bought a car that was 2 years old last year and paid £11000. Please don't listen to the salesman when he sells you warranty's their not worth the paper they are written on. The Focus went for it's 1st MOT in Jan and I told them it was making a slight noise when you accelerated they told me they could not hear it. My car broke down last week and now they want nearly £600 to fix it. They call it wear & tear I am not a racing driver and have not done many miles in the car. I have always gone to Polar for my cars the last Focus I had for 10 years and never had a problem. Needless to say the next car I buy will NOT be at Ford Polar.
The salesman at Trustford Braford was excellent, we got along well and he was very straight to the point, he didn't play any games, we agreed a deal and I'm pleased with the car I bought from them.
