I was looking on Autotrader, I was browsing around for a Smart car and luckily Ponko had one. It has been fine so far. I'd potentially go back there if they have a car that I'm interested in.

I did have to replace the battery about a week after purchase, apart from that it's working alright. The service was fine, I thought they were really nice bunch of people. I'll give them 4 stars - it would have been a 5 if it wasn't for the battery issue.

Myself and a friend went and saw the car and we dealt with Kye - he was really really good. It wasn't the typical hard sell you'd normally associate with car dealerships which was appreciated. The car itself has been fine so far. It isn't a car that we would normally buy but actually now we've got it, it stood up to do everything we needed it to do. Really happy with it all.

I have contacted Ponko a few days back because I am having issues with the car, and I have to take the car to a local garage and then send them the quote. It turns out that some of the discs need replacing, the cigarette charger isn't working and also the car is showing a couple of other warnings. It appears Ponko replaced the pads but not the discs which seemed to cause the issue. Apart from that, the service was great, they were so friendly and they did fix some other issues with the car which was appreciated.

The wheel of the car is squeaking intermittently which is quite annoying. It's been back and forth with Ponko trying to rectify the issue - they replaced the brakes in an effort to fix the issue free of charge which was good of them. The issue is still persisting though. I'm really enjoying the car apart from that and the service on the day was fine.

I got my first car from here, BMW 1 series. I can’t fault anything, the service was excellent and everyone made me feel relaxed. Kye came with me on the test drive and was very helpful during the car process, felt like a nice laid back environment. Been a couple of months now and the car is still driving lovely with no issues. Fresh Mot and service too, can’t complain. Highly recommend this place.

I dealt with Haydn on the day who was helpful and friendly. There is a couple of issues with the car and I'll have a chat with Ponko about it soon. The car has been sound apart from that. It was a decent experience.

Good communication and very friendly staff when viewing the car. Went through everything in detail when I decided to purchase the car which I am happy with. Very happy with my new car from Ponko.

It's a clean establishment. I've been looking for a good few months and luckily Ponko had the car I wanted. Unfortunately it broke down 8 days after purchase, but they did sort it out really quickly. I'd give them 4 stars.

The only downside was I paid for the car to be ceramic coated and I'm not convinced it was actually done and they didn't give me the cleaning kit we agreed on. On handover the car wasn't particularly clean either. The salesman was absolutely lovely, they did apologise and they helped me out as and when they could. Honestly the car is lovely but their prep work certainly could do with some improvement.
