So far, so good. I was happy with everything except I would have hoped for the car to be cleaned to a higher standard.

I have been enjoying the KIA Sportage since I purchased it. Ponko offered a good level of customer service, and I was able to go on a test drive. Four stars.

It was an easy process from the start. I had plenty of time to make up my mind and ask any questions that I had. There were no pushy sales tactics, and I very rarely give full marks, but I have no choice other than to give 5 stars as I am very satisfied with the car and the service.

I dealt with Haydn at the dealership. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I contacted them regarding a warning light that keeps coming on, and they were quick to reply and get me booked in. If they had the car I was looking for in the future, I would not hesitate to go back to them. I am happy with my purchase.

We live locally to Ponko. We weren’t specifically looking for the Ford Focus but came across it while we were at the dealership. My husband took the car on a test drive and has been having some fun in it since. We would rate them five stars.

I purchased a Volkswagen Polo, and it has been all good since the purchase. I have been enjoying it. I was happy with the service on the day when I went to look at the Polo. It was a good buy.

The customer service was all good and the whole process was good.

The Mercedes B-Class has been performing well. My wife has been driving it and has been enjoying it. In terms of my experience at the dealership, I would give them five stars, as I thought everything was very well executed and went according to plan.

Great experience, good help from salesman, Lovely car, wish it had more warranty as we first spoke about but unfortunately as signed the paperwork got told it's only 1 month not 12 months like first stated.
