The only recommendation I would have for Ponko (which I told them at the time) is to have some snacks out for customers. It was very busy when me and my daughter visited the dealership, meaning we waited about 3 hours for everything to finalise. So some snacks for the people who are waiting would be beneficial. In the end it was an easy transaction because my daughter really wanted the Mini Hatch, but that being said, I didn't think there was any pressure applied from the team. I haven't heard of any issues from her, so hopefully it stays like that for the next 5/6 years.

I had a couple of issues with the car after driving it away, like the steering pump. Steve and the other gentleman (whose name I can't remember) both were excellent to deal with and indeed helpful. The issues were sorted straight away and since having the car back the steering pump is working fine.

Really happy when the guys spent time working on my car when I had to bring it straight back I was meant to receive an email a couple of Mondays ago they told me telling me everything that had been done to the car I was going to ring up and ask I'm still waiting for it so yes it's a 4 from me.

Was no pressure from start to finish very helpful staff

I've had my car for a month now and so far it's going okay. The customer service was also good. I've got no complaints, happy to rate 5 stars.

This was my first time visiting/ purchasing a car from Ponko and because I live so far away from the dealership, I requested a video of the car before making the trip down and they were happy to provide this for me. When I got to the dealership, I felt the sales guy did a brilliant job and everything went through smoothly. There was an error that showed up on the dash, but since replacing the cars bulb, it hasn't reappeared.

The car buying experience has been fantastic It's a solid 4 from me, Overall customer service was fantastic specifically from Anthony and Ross.
