5️ great service easy car purchase

This is my second time purchasing from Ponko, and once again, I have had a very good experience.

I was specifically looking for an A3 on Auto Trader when I came across Ponko, and they had the exact one I was looking for. The salesman was nice and covered all the details, so I would give it five stars.

The car was as expected with no issues. The customer service was good and there were no problems.

I am really enjoying my car, it is perfect for me. James was great, helped with anything that I needed. I did have an issue with the vehicle within the first month of having it however, they booked me in right away and got the issue sorted without any issues, which was really appreciated.

No complaints. The guys at the dealership did their job, and the car is as expected. I would highly recommend Ponko to others.
