Haydn was really great, hje was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my decision. I am still enjoying my vehicle, not had any issues with it at all. I couldn't give anything less than a 5 stars!

Customer service was great, it was a quick and efficient process. After having the car for a short time, the engine light and tyre pressure light came on. I filled up the tyres, and both lights went off and haven’t come back on since. This happened around two weeks ago, but I’m keeping an eye on it to make sure nothing else comes up.
The team at Ponko have been really responsive and have assured me that if anything does come up, they’ll book me in and get it looked at straight away which I really appreciated.

Everything with my MINI Roadster, has been good not it's been sorted, I'm happy with it. At the start there was a problem with the battery, which wasn’t any good. Chris, the guy in charge of the engineer, helped me the most and got it sorted. I’m giving 3 stars because I think the battery should have been checked before I got the car… and the extra half a star is for the good coffee.
