Solid four stars - Nobodies perfect right!?

We would it at 4, everyone was very pleasant but they were very tight with there part exchange price & just 1 months guarantee,most dealers we went to offered 3 months at no additional cost, having said that we are pleased with the car we purchased.

I would rate my overall experience a 5

I'm getting on fine with my Dacia Duster, other than not having keyless entry anymore like my last car. There is a daytime light that is out on the car but otherwise the car is working fine. Anthony made sure everything went through okay, and I was happy with his customer service. 4 stars overall.

I can't think of anything that will make my experience 5 stars but the car is great.

This is my first time owning a Peugeot and at the moment everything is going great, I love it. Stanley was the gentleman that looked after me and he was brilliant. I was back and forth with him for a little while to sort payment/delivery out, and in the process, he arranged for the car to have a fresh 12-month MOT, even though the car had one on it already.

I will give Ponko a 5, the whole experience was very relaxed, never have I been to a car dealership and made to feel so welcome and not in anyway did I feel pressured into buying, just given friendly advise, yes I had some electrical issues at first but after bringing the car back it was diagnosed, new part arrived within 45mins and fitted while I waited which was impressive. So yes I am pleased with my purchase of the Ford Kuga so far.
