Everything has been great with the Audi S3 i recently purchased from Ponko. I did have to get the tyres replaced and when I mentioned to Adam that they were close to the legal limit, as it had passed a recent MOT there is nothing he could do which I can't argue with. Other than that Adam was actually great to deal with, really nice, no pressure on the sale. It was a quick and easy purchase, no hassle at all.

Customer service was good from Jawad he was nothing but helpful and I could tell he wasn't just pushing for a sale he actually cared about customers. I did have an issue come up after purchase with the handbrake button not working but they got me booked in and sorted it without nay hassle. There was a bit of delay in other areas. which is why I am giving a 4/5 but I would still use them again.

Based on my experience buying the Toyota Yaris, I would recommend Ponko to others, as Jawad, the salesman, was great and took us for a test drive before the purchase, and since then I've had no issues whatsoever and done a bit of driving but plan to be doing a lot more over the next few weeks.

The Smart car has been bang on, and the process was quick i was in and out, which is what I was hoping for, as I needed the car, and on top of that, it was all valeted and clean for collection, so it has to be a 5.

Adam at the dealership was good, he answered all of my questions, and other than a slight issue which is being resolved under warranty on Friday, the car has been all good. 4 stars

This my 2nd time buying from Ponko and on the day of the purchase they were good as gold cant fault them i that aspect but the aftersales this time let it down. I had to do multiple trips to drop off documents, and they failed to send off the form to DVLA, which has resulted in me having to pay to put my private registration on the car, as it is after the 14 days. I'd rate my experience this time round a 3.5 out of 5.

I have been enjoying the Mercedes A Class, I even took the car to a garage just to have a check over, and it came back all good. Jack was helpful. The only feedback I would have is I didn't appreciate the approach on the extended warranty, it was presumed that I wanted it, and I felt it was pushed on me a bit. So that's the only feedback I have. would still give it a 4-star because the service was good
