Great service! Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere of the the branch was very relaxing which took the stress out of buying a car. Great selection of affordable cars which I didn't see anywhere else in cambridge. All in all a lovely experience. And also we didn't have an appointment but we're seen to straight away which was fab!

They're a top bunch of people. It's a lovely area to sit in, there's somewhere for the kids to play, and loads of cars to choose from. Touch wood it's been a lovely little car so far. Overall a pleasant experience, I'm very happy with our choice. I'll give them 4.5 stars, only because the payment system took a bit of time to go through when trying to reserve the car.

The staff were great there - they offered me drinks and it was a very relaxed approach. I'm enjoying the car, it's a nice drive. I'd happily go back there and I'd recommend to others.

When I was buying the car from Ponko, I found there wasn’t much movement on the price during negotiations, and a couple of things weren’t quite as I’d have liked. Aside from that, the environment was relaxed, and the team there were friendly. I think I’d buy from them again, but I’d try to haggle a bit more next time.

"They really looked after me"

I did feel very welcome there, it's the first time I've been to a dealership to buy a car, and they really looked after me. One downside was that it only came with a month warranty so I had to pay extra for a longer warranty for peace of mind. When we went on the test drive I could hear a knocking noise, then when I was driving home I heard it again so I took it back the next day and they sorted it out whilst I waited. All of them were really nice. It's so reassuring that I can go back there and they'd support me.
