So far so good with my GLA, I love it and I definitely made the right decision. There was no bother at all while I was making the purchase, I was able to take the car for a good test drive and once I felt confident that everything felt right I went through with the purchase which took no time at all. I would say it was a five star experience.

I don't mean to set the bar low but at the moment I am pleased to have a car that hasn't blown up! The Kuga I bought from here is doing the job nicely and touch wood is without any problems. The lads were all nice enough to deal with and I was able to have a good chat with them about the cars I was interested in. When I am ready for another car I will be looking here first.

Outstanding customer service, the guys here really know how to get things done right! My car buying experience was exemplary and the Kia Picacto I bought is absolutely spot on. The car was beautifully clean when I came to pick it up, it felt brand new.

Lovely establishment - cars are presented well, the sales team are approachable and the transaction was smooth. The Audi A3 I purchased is a cracking car and the heated seats are a life saver in this weather 🥶 In the grand scheme of car dealerships there is nothing this place did to deter me from using them again.

Customer service was exceptional, I found it so helpful and handy that I had the salesman assigned to me on WhatsApp so any questions I had or anything I needed I had an immediate point of contact. And he was also very responsive. My car is absolutely beautiful, I am chuffed to bits with it. It drives like a dream too.

My car is doing brilliantly well, not a single fault to be found! The team were really pleasant on the phone and exactly the same in person. It was like interacting with a real person (if that makes sense?) they weren't salesy or pushy. I don't think I can fault them. Top scores across the board.

Really great service provided by Reed Autos, I was able to book an appointment to come down and view a car. When I arrived for my appointment I got a nice welcome and the gentleman I dealt with gave me his undivided attention without being pushy. He was informative about the car which helped me make my decision to buy.

I got a Polo from Reed Autos back in October and it is a great car, it has been doing amazingly well since day one. The customer service was also great and it was a great car buying process to say the least. Nothing needed to be improved and I would have no hesitations returning.

I have dealt with quite a few dealers and Reed Autos are quite unlike others, I was very impressed! They kept me well informed throughout the process and the customer service was excellent.
