I found Ponko online whilst looking at a variety of cars when I came across the Mini advertised at Ponko, which I decided to buy back in October. No negatives so far.

Already done a few journeys in the Audi, and it's going well. I dealt with a young lad at Ponko, I think his name was Kye. He served me well and patiently, so I'll give him full marks.

Friendly, extremely helpful and willing to answer all questions before we had decided to go and look at the vehicle, after deciding to buy car, helped with sorting out tax and got paperwork and things sorted quickly.

I can't complain, the car gets me from A-B and it drives nice. I had no problems at Ponko with any of the staff, they were all easy to deal with, I did a brief test drive and decided I wanted to purchase, it was no hassle at all.

All is good with the car so far. I think it was Ayman who I dealt with whilst at Ponko, and he was friendly and gave me all the information that I needed and made sure the car was all valeted and clean for when I collected it.

Everything has been great with the Audi S3 i recently purchased from Ponko. I did have to get the tyres replaced and when I mentioned to Adam that they were close to the legal limit, as it had passed a recent MOT there is nothing he could do which I can't argue with. Other than that Adam was actually great to deal with, really nice, no pressure on the sale. It was a quick and easy purchase, no hassle at all.

Customer service was good from Jawad he was nothing but helpful and I could tell he wasn't just pushing for a sale he actually cared about customers. I did have an issue come up after purchase with the handbrake button not working but they got me booked in and sorted it without nay hassle. There was a bit of delay in other areas. which is why I am giving a 4/5 but I would still use them again.
