The salesman Haydn was great. All around brilliant salesman. He was very well explained and allowed me to test all the bells and whistles that I wanted to.

All good so far, fingers crossed. Everything in regards to our experience was great. From the service to the vehicle itself.

A perfect car bought alongside perfect service! The staff were so helpful.. we had a couple of concerns that were soon ironed out as they were really willing to help and advise us.

So far so good with my Audi, it does all I need it to do. I am happy with the car and paired with the amazing + comfortable customer service, Ponko produced a great experience.

We are very pleased with the Scenic, everything has been absolutely fine. There are a lot of new buttons to get used to though; cars are like spaceships nowadays! On-top of that, Ponko were a nice company to deal with and their customer service was extremely good. More than happy to shop here again.

I wouldn't fault these guys. I visited them back in the day when they were under a different name and their service standard seems to have always been fantastic. They were brilliant with me and made sure all small issues were sorted as soon as possible.
