I came to Ponko to get a first car for my daughter and their Fiat 500 was ideal. She hasn't passed her test yet but she loves it so it is definitely some good motivation for her. The customer service was brilliant, really good! They got us everything we needed and were all lovely guys. They were very laidback and didn't try to push the sale. They could have if they wanted as we were eager to get it home but they wanted to make sure all work was done on the car before letting us take it away.

My Ford Kuga is all good and is running nice. It has been no trouble at all over the few hundred miles I have done so far. It even had the seal of approval when I took it for a service locally. The customer service from Ponko was all good. They were up front and let me know it would take a few weeks for delivery so I decided to go and collect it instead as I just couldn't wait to get my hands on it. When I got there to pick it up, it was all ready for me so I could just take it away.

Even though they are a big dealership, they make you feel like it is a family firm. They just make you feel at home and like they are really trustworthy. I am loving my Volvo V40, I am doing a fair amount of miles in it and it has been great. I am really pleased with it and the whole experience. I have already recommended them to friends of mine which is the highest praise I can give as I wouldn't do that if they were terrible. Well maybe I would to someone I don't like but not to friends 😂 Everyone has just been absolutely lovely, the whole thing has been so smooth. Even the delivery driver was a really nice chap! Can't praise them highly enough.

Even though Ponko are about 3 hours away from me, I still went to them for my Volkswagen Polo. They just had the best deal for the car and it was the car I had my heart set on. I decided I would rather pay the delivery fees to get it from them than pay more for the car to get one locally that may not be in as good condition. It was all such a smooth experience too, they kept me updated on what was happening and when I could expect the car to arrive. It actually arrived on time too which is always a shock. I am so happy with it too, it well and truly lived up to the advert I saw. I would definitely use them again for my next car.

My old car was written off so I had no choice but to get a new one but I guess you have to look for the silver lining don't you and a new car is certainly a shiny one. My Volkswagen Golf is a good motor and any issues have all been sorted. Chris has taken care of everything and instils me with so much confidence that if anything needs doing they will do it. He is a good lad and has taken care of everything for me. Haydn who sold me the car was brilliant too. He didn't force me into anything, he was just informative and friendly and gave me what I needed to make a decision. I would definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone needing a new car. Top marks for them all the way round without a doubt.

Anthony was very very good, big thanks to him for looking after us! The whole experience was very good actually. I was surprised because they are all young lads and I was expecting it to be a bunch of old guys but the experience they gave was stellar. They were all very helpful and delivered exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. I have been to a lot of high-end dealerships in the past and the experience has never been better than at Ponko. They were knowledgeable and if they didn't know something mechanical they would go and find out for me so I was confident in the information they gave. My Ford Fiesta is lovely too!

Very happy with the service I received, Haydn was amazing. He just did what he said he would and he did it quickly too. Right from the start he was very prompt. I enquired on the Saturday night and by first thing Sunday morning he was on the phone talking me through the next steps and things. He was just really proactive, keeping me updated all the way through and he was so honest about everything. It really was top notch service and it has left a lasting impression. Even the guy who delivered the car was brilliant. After driving all the way down south to deliver the car, he still gave me the time of day and didn't try to rush off. He took the time to show me around the car and have a good chat with me. I was all such an easy, no hassle process. I can't fault it!

When I saw the car the service was great. Asa was extremely friendly and chatty.

I never expect much from a car dealer as they are trying to make money and you just want the best deal but the guys at Ponko took me by surprise. They were happy to help even after I bought my Ford Focus and they got a slow puncture sorted for me so it shows they still care even after the sale. I had a look at their reviews before I went there and they definitely lived up to them and the car was just like it was on the advert. I would certainly use them again.
