I picked up my Suzuki from Ponko towards the middle of last month, and it was someone called James that looked after me. James made things ever so simple, and he went through all the paperwork with me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service from James and from Ponko.

James was absolutely fantastic. He spent the time to go over the car's features in detail with us and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough. When it came to the handover, I was astounded by how beautiful the car was. The presentation was stunning—it had been valeted to an extremely high standard, was spotless inside and out, and smelled incredible. James' attention to detail and care throughout the process really stood out. I could not be happier with both the vehicle and the service! Definitely recommended!
