Haydn, the sales executive who assisted us, was excellent. He provided us with detailed information and patiently answered all of our questions. The process was incredibly quick, which was exactly what we needed, as we were looking for something practical and ready to use right away. Several friends recommended Ponko to me, and now I can see why.

Matthew was absolutely brilliant! He answered every question we had and even provided helpful details we hadn’t thought of. Honestly, we couldn’t fault him at all. There was a slight delay with the valeting of our car, but when it was handed over, it looked like it had just rolled out of the showroom—completely worth the wait! They even topped up the fuel to make up for the delay, which was a nice touch. If we could rate them higher than a five, we definitely would. Superb service all around!

Matthew was spot on! This was my first time using Ponko, and I have to say, I’m really impressed. I’ve been local to the dealership for years and went to the garage before Ponko took over, and the transformation is amazing. The whole setup has a great vibe, and the atmosphere is welcoming.
