Haydn is very good at what he does, he was helpful and gave me the time and attention I needed without being pushy. I had made my mind up very early as I knew I wanted a car like this one so he didn't have to work too hard for a sale anyway. I really liked their Mercedes Benz A Class so I decided to take it. I am really enjoying it and it is a very nice motor. It has all just been spot on really.

I absolutely love my BMW 1 Series, it is amazing! Everything is perfect and it runs lovely. I am really enjoying it! Ponko is just down the road from me and my Dad drives past it every day at work so when I needed a new car he told me to try there. Boy am I glad I did, the customer service was phenomenal! Everyone I saw was kind and helpful and got me anything I needed. The whole family has been back within a month because they left such a good impression and my car is so nice that they all wanted new ones. None of us have had any issues too which is a testament to how good their cars are.

James was very attentive and got me everything I needed. They have been very helpful and whatever I have needed they have got sorted for me. They even rebalanced the wheels for me when I felt like they were a bit off. My Mercedes-Benz A-Class is a lovely car too. It is such a nice car to drive!

My BMW 1 Series has been great, it is running really nice. I saw it online on Autotrader and it seemed like a good price for the car. I didn't check the reviews but I thought it can’t hurt to go and have a look. The team was really friendly and welcoming. Haydn was absolutely brilliant, he was very knowledgeable and always happy to help. He sorted me out with a test drive and all the good stuff and I was so happy I decided there and then to take it.

My son spotted my Ford Focus online and with Ponko not being far from us we thought why not go and have a look. When we went down it all worked out perfectly. Anthony was lovely and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The process just went so smoothly and it was a great experience. I decided to take away my Focus and I absolutely love it, it is great. It is all absolutely perfect.

My Nissan Juke is working out really well and I am enjoying driving it around. Everyone at Ponko was friendly and helpful. I was being quite funny about the car being dirty when we looked at it but they were happy to get it all sorted and got this cleaned quickly for me. They were very accommodating and happy to help.

My friend recommended Ponko so I had a look online at what they had and then went down to have a look. Asa was looking after me and he was really friendly and got me everything I needed. He sorted me out a test drive in an Audi A1 and it was just beautiful! I was made to feel really comfortable and like I could ask anything. They were very knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend them myself too. My Audi A1 is perfect. I love driving it around, I can't get enough of it.

My Hyndai I40 is brilliant. I am getting on well with it and really enjoying driving it. The customer service at Ponko was really good and I have no complaints at all. I went on a test drive and was really happy with it and then any questions I had they answered with ease!

I couldn't ask for better, they were top tier! They are just brilliant, very professional and smart looking. They answered all questions knowledgeably, I couldn't fault them. I would definitely go back to them in the future. The car is lovely and my son is well happy with it. I can't get him out of it so it is certainly working out well.

My Seat Leon is lovely. It is a great drive and everything is going nicely with it. I am out in it all the time now as I just love the feel of it. The service I got at Ponko was really good, I couldn't fault it at all. I have recommended them to my friends already which is the highest praise I can offer really. Just top notch all round.
