Traveled to to Pool Stock Car Sales to see the car advertised as immaculate!!! A lie.... Salesman no interest at all!!! No test drive unless we bought!!!! 3 phone calls taken by the salesman and we were still waiting for help!!!! Walked away....... No sale from us!!!

We saw a car on auto trader advertised by pool stock cars as a stunning vehicle and the photos also showed the car was stunning. I called pool stock to ask if the car was in the condition the photos and advert suggested and explained I would be travelling a 300 mile round trip for the vehicle. The guy on the phone assured me the vehicle was stunning and in excellent condition . After our long journey we discovered that the reality of the vehicles condition was not as described by the sales man on the phone or by the advert in auto trader. The car had damage to the sill, scuffs on all wheel arches, multiple scratches on the body, a large arc scratch on windscreen,a bold tyre but the icing on the cake was the wing mirror was badly damaged and held together by tape. So my advice to you is steer clear of this dealer and don't believe a word they tell you and take there adverts and photos with a pinch of salt as the car he actually had for sale was not the one he displayed photos of.

Bought a Vauxhall Meriva from Poolstock Car Sales after travelling from London as the car fitted what I was looking for regarding age & miles. After a week it developed a steering fault which upon investigation found out was a common fault with this particular make & model. I contacted the dealer Sharif who was very helpful in getting it resolved through the warranty company. I had the car fixed locally to save travelling back to Wigan & Sharif helped out financially with the shortfall as the work carried out was more expensive than his local garage.
In august I purchased a Mondeo from here. The car was clean and in good shape and was a reasonable price. The salesman was helpful and up to now I have had no problems with the car. Happy overall.

Had a few cars from Poolstock Car sales,the latest of which I bought 3 days ago a Focus Zetec TDI. Initially really pleased with a quick and simple trade in for my old car, happy to recommend to friends as both staff members where friendly and helpful. If any problems should arise I've no doubt they will be sorted quickly without hassle. Thanks again Natalie. :)
Back in May I bought a Nissan Note from Pool Stock Car Sales. Tbey were really helpful and friendly and the car runs great! At one point the exhaust fell off but they sorted it out promptly and easily. I will be recommending them.
