We have just purchased our new car from them. Salesman John was fantastic. He did everything and more including sorting finance out, the logbook and changed are private number plate from our old car to the new car. Cannot fault!

Terrible customer service horrible people to do business with bought a car from these cowboys in June 2021.After a few weeks the car started developing a few problems returned the car to get the repairs done they had the car for 8days .when I got the car back it had the same problems it went in with they didn't do any of the work. DO Not spend any of your hard earned cash with these people. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Bought mini this is my second car from Poolfoot Motors everything went so smoothly picked car up 4 days later all valeted new mot thanks again colin and lance.
Anyone thinking of buying a used vehicle from Poolfoot Motors beware! I would advise taking someone knowledgeable with you, or have an AA or RAC inspection done on the intended vehicle, so as not to be landed with an outrageous repair bill several months down the line. I they are as good as they make out to be there should be no objection on their part. I made the mistake of making a snap decision and it cost me an extra £3100 to get the car serviced and maintained back to safe and usable state.
Saw the car advertised and it was exactly as advertised. It was delivered to Heysham port for delivery to Ireland.
