I first bought a car from Poolfoot Motors in 2012. I was in a real rush to buy a new car as my old one had given up on life and I had an important job interview coming up! Lance and the other staff at Poolfoot motors were fantastic and helped me choose the right car for me straight away! I went out for a test drive and fell in love with my new little pegeuot 108 in bright yellow! This was the first time I had been signed up on finance and it was done with ease and speed, as was the whole transaction. I recently decided it was time to upgrade my car so went back to Poolfoot and was once again helped to pick the right car for my needs, take it on a test drive and helped to sort out my outstanding finance and set up a new finance for my new car! I've had two faultless transactions and perfect cars and will continue to go back to Poolfoot for all my cars and family cars in the future! Excellent service, excellent staffs and excellent cars!,

We've just returned from Poolfoot Motors after having traded in my wife's BMW for an Astra Twintop Sport. My wife is absolutely delighted with the trade she made and the car she now has. Lance was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly staff. We had to return home some 330 miles after the trade and the new car ran faultlessly. If you are thinking of trading / buying a car then spend a couple of days in Fleetwood / Blackpool and have a good time. I thoroughly recommend Poolfoot Motors.

was concerned when read reviews but you have to read between the lines some people you cannot please i bought a ford fiesta white 3 years old so felt this would be okay met a guy lance who was very helpful on phone invited me down for a test drive did a deal no problem they put new mot on and even put a new tyre on even though it was only an advise have got a 3 month warranty and was offered an extended warranty at extra cost which I declined overall very satisfied don't get put of by couple of bad reviews anon

Terrible experience! We bought a car from Poolfoot Motors/Car Centre, the following day we reported a fault to them. This made the car unsafe and not fit for use. We were asked by them to return it, a two hour journey. We refused to drive it that far and eventually agreed on taking it to a local garage. Unfortunately it wasn't resolved after a further two visits. Poolfoot asked us to take it to a "transmission expert" they used that was two hours away. We were told they had done work to the car but were never given any documentation as promised. It was still not repaired. We then asked for a refund which was declined, we sought legal advice and gave them a last chance to repair. They had the car for nearly six weeks and when we collected it we were left with the same fault. We later found out that they had put a second hand part on and it was highly likely no work was carried out by the "transmission expert". The manager we were dealing with was in no way helpful or understanding. He was rude and arrogant. At no point were we offered any kind of courtesy car or compensation for our losses. This situation dragged on for 8 months which didn't seem to bother them. They buy their cars untested from auctions, its most probably the cars main dealers wouldn't sell on their forecourts or to other dealers. Stay well clear they are absolute cowboys!

Aftersales is totaly none existant if you have a problem after you buy the car.
