Purchased a car from this dealer in June had a few issues which was like getting blood out of a stone to deal with ... also due to their lack of competency I was done out of a months tax refund on the vehicle I part ex'd and they were not willing to refund it to me though they were at fault and tried to fob me off with excuses. Also discovered 2 cuts in the tyre wall which were hidden by tyre dressing

Looking at my sales records for the months of May, June and July, I have no record of selling a car to a Helen J, and in those 3 months i have had no issues regarding road fund licence refund.

Don’t waste your time. Owner seems like he’s trying to prove a point. Overpriced compared to bigger chains but all the bloke does is try to say he is better constantly slating the larger companies. Was always told not to insult the opposition as it makes you look foolish and gives them the upper hand. I'D STAY WELL CLEAR

Nick at Potton Motors has sold me two cars over the last 12 months. His service has been flawless and the cars have been excellent. When one of the cars developed a faulty clutch, his response was immediate, direct and honest.
I bought a car from Potton Motor Company back in February '17 for £1700 - I then had to scrap it (In September) as it failed it's MOT and needed approx £1000 worth of work to pass an MOT (with the garage also saying that they didn't believe it was worth spending the money on the repairs). As I have very little experience with the actual "inside" of cars, I feel I was knowingly sold a dud car by this car dealer.

I have looked into my records and have no paperwork regarding selling a car for £1700 in February 2017 and to a Matthew C. I also do not sell cars without at least 10 months MOT. Not a bad word to say about Potton Motor Company! I bought a Renault Scenic back in June and I am rally pleased with it. when I collected it, it was so clean that it looked brand new and It was exactly what had been described to me so there were no discrepancies about that. The guy at the dealership is a really friendly who knows his stuff which it good. I am very pleased and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
