After contacting Powerlease last thing on a Friday night and booking a test drive for first thing on Saturday morning I made it very clear that I had a two hour drive and was assured the car would be ready and waiting for me. After a two hour drive to Ampthill I arrived at the agreed time only to be told, in a very we couldn’t give a monkeys attitude, the cars been sold. No apology and no explanation as to why they didn’t bother to call me and save my two hour journey. I was furious and they couldn’t give a hoot. Totally unprofessional, I would avoid these cowboys at all cost.

My husband & I had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon for the purchase of our model 3. He was incredibly polite & answered my many questions happily. It was refreshing to have a no pressure sales experience & we couldn't be happier with our new car. We can't recommend Powerlease & especially Brandon enough. Very happy customers!
Bought a car from power lease only took it home and straight to BMW for recall. BMW have inspected the car and mentioned Car needs track rod ends needs replacing. Showed this to power lease but they are saying due to wear and tear they dont cover it and it didnt come up under their inspection... i only drove home and went to bmw straight away. They also mentioned front discs are lipped After a few days after that car started making knocking noises and discs screaming really loud... had to change this all myself by my local garage and now works fine.... i have bought cars from a dealer every year and any issues even if they are under wear and tear they have always fixed it via my local garage or reimbursed me. There are other issues i.e ciggarette lighter doesnt have any power ... rear light cracked which does cost alot but i havent chased them for that. Mainly wanted the brakes and the track rod covered as it didnt seem fair. Any other dealer they usually always fix it or cover it.

Saw a car I fancied on AutoTrader online. Called Powerlease on the Sunday and went to view the following day. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless, professional and friendly. The car I was interested in ( a Jaguar XF) was better than described and I drove it away the following day. To be honest the car sold itself and at the more than fair price it was on sale for. The offered warranty turned out to also be a no brainer. I won't hesitate to buy my next one from Powerlease and would like to extend my sincere thanks to Jack and the team, top job.

AVOID ! Fraudsters. Be prepared to wait 2 weeks for your purchased car, was expecting to take it same day and they decide to tell me otherwise- only after I paid for it. Liars all the way… many faults hidden by amateurs or mentally ill ?!

Great & hassle free experience. A very happy customer! If you want a wide range of vehicles from which to choose, hassle free distance buying with no heavy sales techniques then Powerlease is the place to go. I recently bought a Citroen Dispatch mark 3 online and Thomas at Powerlease was able to answer all my questions, provide photos and provide the reassurances required with large distance purchase and unlike salesman of the past no heavy sales techniques and always happy to help. When I came to pick up the van I was not disappointed, they had even fitted a new windscreen for me. Great service and a great experience. A very happy customer.
