The purchase process, from start to finish, was very good. Photo's and video of the car were provided promptly on request. The car was competitively priced and very clean & tidy when I picked it up. So long as the car continues to perform as expected, I will recommend Powerlease to my daughter who is looking to change her car.

Great staff especially Craig and Jack. They are really excellent on providing a good service to a customer and very friendly. They are very informative, fast and accurate on answering my enquiries, spot on! Every time I chase up an update, they always reply quickly and tells you what is actually happening. This is my first time buying a car without viewing it (due to covid restrictions). I wasn’t sure if I will keep the car as I didn’t have chance to view it. I am glad I bought a car from them.

Purchased a car in September 2020, Audi A5 everything was fine wanted the car so wasn’t too worried about the the deposit issues (it would seem everyone else had) they pushed hard for the extended warranty (I’ve never done these) the car has since had a fault, engine coolant leak. Local garage has looked at it and the seam has split. Ok I thought I have a six month warranty for peace of mind(as per their website) guess what it’s in the “it’s not covered cause”. There only offer is to get the car back to them for a discounted repair, I explained I lived 120 miles away and couldn’t risk driving it with such a problem, the response “it’s my problem for buying a car from that distance” So would I recommend them, NO Would I buy from them again, NO the good reviews seem to be true, and trust me when something goes wrong the bad ones are as well. They will do everything for you, until you leave there forecourt then forget about it.

I knew what I wanted, they had it, and a deal was struck.
