Brought a car from Premier Car Sales Derby within a week of having it the clutch went which was fixed under the warranty but took three weeks todo! I've had it just over a year and have had nothing but problems with it. Been in and out of the garage several times and currently in the garage again requires a new engine looks like itl cost a couple of thousand £s to get fixed. Cowboys. Don't waste your money

Purchased a car from this garage excellent car excellent service very friendly staff owner was not pushy let car sell itself gave all information required completely hassle free purchase of of a car . Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone purchasing a car . The owner went out of his way to make sure we was happy and nothing was to much trouble for him will definitely use again if ever need other vehicle

Premier Car Sales Derby worst garage I have ever delt with. Bought a car off this garage only to find a fault on the way home .reported next day and returned the car to them .they had the car for 5 days to only raise it up on the ramp and said it all looks ok .as they well know what's wrong with the car could be expensive because it's a 4x4 they tried fobbing me off saying that's how this model is .there's a load drone and vibration at 60 onwards . Now it has to go the legal route .they tried wanting me to sell the car back to them for a grand less than what I paid a week previous .do not trust these cowboys .they take your money and lie.

All round good service, Kyle was superb, well worth travelling 250 miles to do business, happy to go back for another car in the future, would recommend them to everyone. Good luck!!!

The car we bought from Premier Car Sales in Derby lasted only 3 months and after a court case a year later he promised to pay half the repairs. I had the car towed to Derby from another city and when we phoned him he refused to pay the half he had initially said he would cover. A bad experience with terrible customer service. Would have appreciated some honesty even if he could not afford the repairs. To make matters worse the last conversation with him contained verbal abuse and shouting. A lesson learnt and would not recommend them at all.

I brought a high end Maserati which was the cheapest in the country! Outstanding service during and after purchase. I will definitely be going back there when I need to update my car. Highly recommend.
