Such a smooth and easy process led by Kyle.
From the 1st phone-call to reserve the car til the day we collected there was not a single hiccup along the way.
The car (mini cooper) was as described and was waiting for us in a very well presented condition.
Kyle was on hand to answer any questions and took us for a test drive which confirmed the great overall condition of the car.
The car we were trading in was assessed and a reasonable price agreed.
The mini wasn't MOTd so we made a return trip a week later to do the trade.
The paperwork was dealt with quickly, tax sorted, payment taken and keys exchanged.
Kyle was very pleasant and chatty and even recommended a place for us to have lunch by the canal (The Dragon - highly recommended) 👍🏻
From start to finish it was by far the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had.
That was June, we're now at the end of September and my wife is absolutely loving her new car (Ralph)

As someone familiar with Audi vehicles, there hasn't been a significant adjustment period. The customer service was both helpful and amiable, making the experience even better. I came to Premier Car Supermarket to buy my beautiful wife a Vauxhall Mokka, she loves it! The guys at the dealership could't of done more for me. From the moment I enquired about the vehicle I received a 5* service from Raj. I cannot thank him enough. I was travelling a long way from London to purchase this car and had lots of questions. Nothing was too much for him. His customer service skills are excellent. The car is great and presented to me in lovely showroom condition. I had a great drive back to London. I cannot praise Raj enough for all his help and professionalism in the transaction. I highly recommend this company and Raj.

Smoothest car buying experience ever! I would want to applaud Junaid Muhammed, he treated me with respect and made my purchase hassle free! Couldn’t be happier with Audi. I felt comfortable and appreciated unlike other dealerships I had visited prior to being referred to Premier car supermarket.......

Over my many years of owning cars, I have used a lot of car sales places,
in all my time including when I have purchased brand new vehicles, have I had such a great after sales response. They have gone above and beyond to help me at a great deal of financial cost to them self's.
In all my time of owning a car, this has to be the most honest and trustworthy place I have ever purchased a vehicle. SO I would like to THANKYOU, to the garage staff, after sales staff and the sales staff.
