Everything's up and running, and I'm satisfied with how things were handled. I'm happy with my choice, though it took a bit of figuring out at first. I'm enjoying the overall driving experience, even though I'm still getting used to it. Coming from a Fiesta, this car is quite different. I'd rate it a solid 4.5 – almost perfect.

I consider myself lucky with the choice. The customer service was excellent – they were helpful and friendly without being pushy, which I appreciated. Their welcoming approach was very good. I did return the car not long ago, only because I did try to insure it and it was just too much for me so I got the money back. There was no issues with the car at all, it just wasn't the car for me. I weas surprised at how the dealership was happy to help me in this situation and didn't make anything difficult for me whatsoever. I was happy with the customer service, and it was a great experience all round.

I was using Premier Car Super Market in Derby to purchase a new car, I was happy with the look of a Kia Sportage. I lived quite far away so I was kind of nervous about buying from a distance. The salesguy I was dealing with showed awesome service and really saved us any unnecessary trips. The level of communication was great and we was kept in the loop at all times. From start to finish I felt very comfortable. When we finally came to collect the car it looked spot on! Very well valeted, very clean and so tidy! I can't fault the way the Kia Sportage was presented! It was just as expected and better then described! I haven't had one issues with the car, it's perfect!

Great service great car happy all round

They were very nice and accommodating at Premier Car Supermarket, I was very pleased with the sale! They explained everything clearly and were very patient with me. They made everything very simple and straight forwards which was nice, and every question I had they were more than happy to answer. I would be more than happy to use these again!
