Fabulous! Kyle was helpful, friendly and efficient! He made buying a car so streamlined and hassle free. The genuinely lovely team at PCS seems to love their jobs and want to do their best for all customers. The car we bought is great, good and fits all our needs.

From the start, middle and end, I honestly can't knock the service from the team at Premier Car Supermarket because they have always been super responsive when answering any of my questions or concerns. I'm not a person who likes to be bothered when I'm out shopping, and the way the team approached the sale was perfect. I was left alone to look around the cars and any that I was interested in, I approached a member of staff who passed me the keys and advised me if I needed anything to let them know. No issues with how the sale went on my end.

Even before I saw the car, I was taken back by the commitment from the team to deliver great service because I mentioned I'd be travelling down via train and they were happy to pick me up from the train station, which was nice because I didn't have to spend any money on taxis to see the car. The Peugeot was exactly like the pictures, and with a fresh service, I was happy to go ahead with it. I was very impressed with my time at this dealership.

I'd highly recommend this company if you're looing to get a car! From start to finish the staff were always polite and professional throughout the sale. I got a great car and I can't complain.

Since I'm a local lad, I already knew that Premier Car Supermarket was a good dealership so when I was in the market for a new car, it made sense to check their website to see what they had available. I drove away with a Volkswagen Tiguan and I'm very happy with my choice of car, it's been spot on. It's good to know that I can pop in if there are any issues with me being 10 minutes away.

This was my first time ever buying a car, and I must say it was a nice experience. The dealership allowed me to look around at my own pace, which I appreciated. I chose the Honda because I liked knowing it had regular servicing and good care, making it reliable with a long-lasting engine and good MPG. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I've had my Kia Ceed for 2 weeks now, and everything's been great. The customer service was perfect because the salesman was a nice guy, which made the whole sale very relaxed. I came with my son, and we even got a hot chocolate & a coffee, so I can't say fairer than that. I travelled from Northamptonshire for the car and it was 100% worth it.

It's been a couple of months since visiting Premier Car Supermarket and other than having a slow puncture, all seems pretty good with my Nissan. It's nice to visit a dealership that offer test drives because it really helped my decision making process to make sure it's the right car for me. 4 stars only because of the slow puncture but it couldn't be helped.
