I knew I was in for a different kind of car buying experience at Premier Car Supermarket in Derby. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were welcoming, and there was a distinct lack of the high-pressure sales tactics that are all too common in this industry. My salesman, whose name escapes me now, was awesome. He was knowledgeable, patient, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right car, rather than just making a sale. The real highlight of my visit, however, was the test drive in the Skoda. It was more than just a quick spin around the block; it was a chance to really get to know the car and to see what it felt like on the road. But what really set this dealership apart was their approach to sales. There was no hard sell, no trying to push me into something I didn't want. Instead, they simply handed me the keys to the Skoda and said, "Here is the car; go and take your time." It was a refreshing change of pace and it made the whole experience a pleasant one.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting PCS in Derby and was assisted by a salesperson named Junaid. I was treated with the utmost respect and hospitality. Junaid was nothing short of brilliant. Right from the start, he offered me a glass of water, making sure I was comfortable as we went through the details of my purchase. His patience and attention to detail were remarkable, ensuring that I understood everything about my new car. Speaking of the car, my new Vauxhall is a beauty! It's everything I hoped for and more.

Special recommendation to Raj because he has always looked after me and my husband every time we visit Premier Car Supermarket. On this occasion we purchased the Nissan Juke and just like our last car that we got from here, it's been fantastic. I will continue to come here for my cars in the future. I've also recommended for a couple of people I know to visit here with them being in the market for a new ca.

Touch wood everything has been running okay with my car for now! I don't live locally to this dealership so after seeing the Kia Ceed online, I was hoping the car would be perfect. Luckily, it was exactly as advertised and Junaid was amazing at pushing all of the paperwork through so I could drive it home on the same day. I was in and out of this dealeship quicker than I thought, but I wasn't complaining because the service was efficient and it went as I expected.

Raj was absolutely amazing, I can't recommend him enough! If you're arranging a visit to Premier Car Supermarket then ask for him. Honestly, he was so down to earth and he told me everything I needed to know in black and white. The car wasn't for me, but the other half, she opted for the Mini Cooper and she's getting on with it just fine. It will be another couple of years until we get another car, but I would happily come back here and see Raj again.
