After having a bad experience on another car we were very nervous of dealing with any used car dealership. Our experience with PCS Kettering has gone a long way to restoring our Trust. Ewan was an excellent and reassuring salesman, not pushy, allowing us to go at our pace. We selected a Vauxhall Corsa and were reassured by the pre-checks. Another vehicle that we had been interested in had failed this with PCS, so this kind of attention is welcome so that we knew we weren't buying a dud. The car when we collected it was valeted brilliantly and we are very happy with the vehicle. Good experience, and we are looking at a new vehicle for ourselves now that the daughter is sorted.

We vowed some cars with Allan’s advice and guidance. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient, especially as we were walking around looking at cars from one side of the lot to the other and in the rain. He did not rush or pressurise us. He was refreshingly honest and left us feeling confident and that we had been treated with brilliant service and that he was trustworthy. Would recommend Allan 100% and would definitely return.

My first EV car purchase was made very easy by Junaid, a big thank you to him. A large range of electric vehicles to choose from and ended up with a electric mini cooper. Was able to test drive without any hassle and car was ready for collection two days later - Very pleased.

Disgusting customer service from the sales team at the kettering branch. Standing around waiting to purchase a vehicle in the show room for over 30 minutes. Not one person acknowledged us, not even " we know your waiting sir, will be with you as soon as we can" it was as if we didn't exist.
