Raj was really helpful going through everything we needed to know. Was told the car had the usually checks, it’s been back twice for repairs, replacement items and for the 3rd time at a garage nearer home and now needs a new turbo !! What a total nightmare

strange garage , we currently own BMW i3 , and still wanted to keep with electric,
PCS had large selection , we decided on 208e, id3, or another i3 , PCS had all three , similar prices , and mileage.
So we asked for test drives to dicide which one suited us most.
The salesperson said we could only drive one , so suggested we have a think about which one then test drive.
extremely strange, my wife have mobility issues and needs the right seating position to drive comfortably .
needless to say we drove 3 miles further on to another dealer and drove all cars and purchased an id3 ,
maybe PCS should be more flexible

To help accommodate your wife’s mobility needs, we made sure to provide the keys so you could both sit in all three vehicles and assess comfort and accessibility firsthand. We always aim to give our customers the freedom to explore the vehicles at their own pace without pressure.
Our policy on test drives is in place to help manage a high level of interest while still allowing customers to choose the vehicle they feel most drawn to before driving. That said, we always strive to be flexible where we can, and we’re sorry to hear that this wasn’t your experience.

Travelled around 5 hours to get the car.. Jasmine was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. My son was over the moon with his first car, we were back on the road within a couple of hours. Very good customer service, would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Premier Car supermarket.

Met with Junaid as we were slightly late for our appointment, and couldn’t see our original sales man, he couldn’t have been more helpful on a freezing cold miserable Saturday! Great service from Kyle, sorted everything within a few hours. Was able to get me the price I needed for my corsa after sending a few photos over, no haggling or messing around. Busy showroom but everyone was very quick and helpful, we were able to trade my car in and drive away the same day with Kyle setting everything up for me. Great service, would definitely recommend!
