Travelled around 5 hours to get the car.. Jasmine was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. My son was over the moon with his first car, we were back on the road within a couple of hours. Very good customer service, would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Premier Car supermarket.

Met with Junaid as we were slightly late for our appointment, and couldn’t see our original sales man, he couldn’t have been more helpful on a freezing cold miserable Saturday! Nothing was too much trouble and he deserves to have some recognition for his service. Drove away with my new car and so far so good. Would definitely recommend

Great service from Kyle, sorted everything within a few hours. Was able to get me the price I needed for my corsa after sending a few photos over, no haggling or messing around. Busy showroom but everyone was very quick and helpful, we were able to trade my car in and drive away the same day with Kyle setting everything up for me. Great service, would definitely recommend!

Can’t recommend Premier Car Supermarket Derby highly enough. From start to finish the service we received was second to none. We received a very good part exchange offer immediately and combined with the very competitive vehicle price it made sense to purchase from P.C.S. Very friendly staff, but a special mention for Junaid who was absolutely brilliant and sorted out a couple of little things for us very professionally. This is a man I would definitely buy a car from in the future. Overall 10 out of 10.

We are very happy with our purchase, the manager and staff couldn't be more helpful, (Ollie in particular was just the nicest and most personable guy you could hope to meet and very good at his job).
