Absolutely loving my car! It's been a champ! Took it on a Christmas trip to Poland and back, and it's been all over Europe without 1 single issue.
Josh, who provided the customer service was a star—helpful, friendly, and took care of everything. He answered all my questions, even picked me up from the train station. Now that deserved 5 stars!

Premier Car Supermarket in Derby was top-notch. Raj was a gem—so helpful and informative about the car. When I swung by for pickup, Josh was equally brilliant. Smooth, efficient, and a breeze to deal with. No pressure at all—just a nice, easy transaction. Definitely a solid 5 stars!
Everything's been smooth sailing with the car, no issues at all. Had a recall for a system update, but the Mercedes garage sorted it out hassle-free. Can't forget to mention Raj again for the customer service—he was just perfect throughout the process.

Absolutely amazing from looking at the car to buying the car . No pressure looking at the cars . Told Junaid what car I was looking for and straight away searched on computer and handed the keys over to go look at the cars. Junaid was amazing very helpful , sorted all paperwork out for me . Our daughter bought her first car from PCS in January of this year. That was our first introduction to the company. Rachel, (who has since left), was brilliant - professional, helpful and friendly in equal measure. Needless to say the car has proved to be just as impressive!
We were so impressed that we came to you when it was time to change our own car. We were looked after by Josh who again was helpful, friendly and professional throughout. We were very pleased with the car, even more so when Josh arranged for new brake discs & pads to be fitted after our test drive!
Our son is due to change his car soon - Josh is looking out for a car for him too!
