My experience all round has been pretty positive. We got off to a slightly rocky start but Craig soon got everything all sorted. I got to the dealership, the customer service was excellent, Junaid truly took me under his wind and really looked after me. The car itself looked amazing and I couldn't have been any happier with it. On the day of collection there was a little waiting around but nothing major. On my way home and EML flashed up but as soon as this showed I got in contact with the dealership straight away, at this time I was quite worried as I live a fair few hours away from Derby (Where I picked the car up from), after telling Craig about the EML light he said that I could take it into the garage near me and get it sorted and they would cover the cost. In all fairness, PCS have been brilliant, they have sorted everything they said they would. Every second hand car has issues but it's all about how the dealership deals with the issues. I would happily rate 4/5 stars, no one is perfect but they have been excellent in resolving any issues! I am still very very happy with my car, with how Craig delt with the hiccup and how fast he got everything resolved. I would highly recommend PCS Derby with no hesitation and I would happily consider coming back here for another car in the future.

I am very happy with Premier Car Supermarket and I have gone as far to recommend them to all my friends. The prices they offer are so much cheaper than anything local to me, Raj was so lovely and outstanding with his customer service and attention to detail. I bought a little VW Up as I needed something compliant with ULEZ. The car runs really well, looks really nice and I couldn't be happier.

I would like to thank the whole team at Premier Car Supermarket for providing such an attentive and professional service. I felt like every question I had was answered, every concern addressed and I felt valued in my experience. I had an issue with the aircon and the passenger door locks which were fixed the very same day the issues were highlighted, I love the Audi A4 aesthetic, from the front the car looks stunning and the interior feels really classy and luxurious. I am very happy with the car and even happy with the customer service provided by Premier Car Supermarket!

My daughter is driving the Kia Picanto we recently purchased and she likes the car a lot. It is nice and nothing bad to say this far. Very nice time down at Premier Supermarket, very helping. 👍

During the time of the purchase of my new car ( Audi Q3) what caught my attention was how nice the staff were by answering all of my questions and giving me the time of day to answer them all. Not all dealerships are quite like this, I did ask a lot of questions. They have a very helpful team on shift at the time. The team had good product knowledge and I didn't ask anything that they couldn't answer, they were great. The car was very very well cleaned and presented better than I could imagine. I had a really great experience, I can't recommend highly enough.

I can actually say that the Hyundai I10 we purchase is running nothing short of perfect. I have not had one issue at all and it's not so often buying a car goes as smooth as this. I met a few members off staff and all of them were lovely with us, asked if were were ok, asked if we needed anything, always on hand to help. This was such a great experience all round! I know for a fact that we would happily purchase another motor from Premier Car Supermarket.

I am not a car man, I don't really bother too much about cars unless its a Landy or a Jag. I don't get the fanciest of cars for me its means of transport. My little Mini is driving ok. I am going to rate a 4 stars because no one deserves 5 stars. If they did magic tricks I would gave them 5 stars. I am a grumpy old man but I had an ok experience. For me to be saying things ok, this means it was great but I'm not going to say that. The car gets me to work, and gets me home to my lovely wife and that is all I use it for. Your lucky I picked my phone up because I don't usually do this because I don't really know what to do. Here is my review. Premier car supermarket. Everything has been so amazing, the care whilst I was at the dealership was lovely, I am really impressed. The car is stunning, I love driving it. I am having some little issues with apple car play so I do need to get this looked into, but other than that the car and these guys have been perfect. Thank you so much 💗

I'd been looking for a SUV type for some time, but wasn't jumping the gun, I wanted to do my research and the Qashqai seemed to be a favourable favourite. The Nissan Qashqai at PCS caught my eye well and truly. I came down and on my arrival to collect it, it looked brand new, it was perfectly presented. I was dealing with a lovely member of staff who looked after me so well, making the process as easy as ever and guiding me though all paper work step by step. I thought my experience went surprisingly well! I didn't think buying a car was this easy!
