I had been on Premier Cars Supermarket website and really liked the look of a few cars, I whittled it down and finally decided on one. I decided to come into the dealership and this made my process so easy. When I came down, the car was great, looking stunning and was valeted to a T. I came to Premier Car Super Market- the Derby branch and purchased a Vauxhall Corsa, it runs great! When I was buying the car they made it bare transparent and the guy sorted me out nicely. The car runs good for sure.

Janade was great, I only had interaction with him as he was my salesguy which I liked as this made the sale really personable. Janade was personable, helpful and very friendly. The car is running great, the guys didn't realise I was going to go down, view it. buy, and take the car away that day so they didn't have chance to valet the car which I did know about - they actually knocked a coupled hundred pound off for this which I though was great! All and all everything had been brill.

These guys sorted me out pretty well to be honest. I saw the car, came down and had a look at it, test drove it and loved it. I came down the next day and secured the agreement and then I came back and picked it up two days later. Since then it has been nothing short of excellent, no issues just running smoothly and as it should!

Such a smooth and easy process led by Kyle. From the 1st phone-call to reserve the car til the day we collected there was not a single hiccup along the way. The car (mini cooper) was as described and was waiting for us in a very well presented condition. Kyle was on hand to answer any questions and took us for a test drive which confirmed the great overall condition of the car. The car we were trading in was assessed and a reasonable price agreed. The mini wasn't MOTd so we made a return trip a week later to do the trade. The paperwork was dealt with quickly, tax sorted, payment taken and keys exchanged. Kyle was very pleasant and chatty and even recommended a place for us to have lunch by the canal (The Dragon - highly recommended) 👍🏻 From start to finish it was by far the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. That was June, we're now at the end of September and my wife is absolutely loving her new car (Ralph) Thank Premier Car Supermarket and especially Kyle 🙏🏻
