I did return the car not long ago, only because I did try to insure it and it was just too much for me so I got the money back. There was no issues with the car at all, it just wasn't the car for me. I weas surprised at how the dealership was happy to help me in this situation and didn't make anything difficult for me whatsoever. I was happy with the customer service, and it was a great experience all round.

Aftersales from Premier Car Supermarket - Derby in response to Great customer service
Harry, "Great customer service " great review just shows we are there for you if things don't go to plan, We hope you have found a car that you can get insured reasonably.
I was using Premier Car Super Market in Derby to purchase a new car, I was happy with the look of a Kia Sportage. I lived quite far away so I was kind of nervous about buying from a distance. The salesguy I was dealing with showed awesome service and really saved us any unnecessary trips. The level of communication was great and we was kept in the loop at all times. From start to finish I felt very comfortable. When we finally came to collect the car it looked spot on! Very well valeted, very clean and so tidy! I can't fault the way the Kia Sportage was presented! It was just as expected and better then described! I haven't had one issues with the car, it's perfect!

Thank you Mohammed for your five star review! We're glad you love your A1 - happy Kyle and Josh could help you out!
To be honest, dealing with PCK has been the best and easiest experience I have had with dealers. Compared to the bigger franchises like Arnold Clarke where they are really pushy, it was really enjoyable. The team were so sound to deal with, it was great. I will defo be going back here!
