What a service I received from Premier Car Supermarket, there were a few things that I picked up on with the Seat but when I brought this to Raj attention it was sorted very promptly, I've had dealings with dealerships in the past that did want to take ownership of any small issues that I have had and tried to hide away when I mentioned it to them but Raj on the other hand was happy to resolve any concerns which I had very quickly, I would happily return to them again when I am good and ready to get my next car knowing that I am in safe hands.

I would recommend Premier Car Supermarket in Derby, I paid them a visit to purchase a Volkswagen. I arrived at the dealership and I was welcomed by a polite, courteous sales man called Raj who assisted me throughout the process, Raj went through everything in fine detail with me about the car and the warranties available. I felt under no pressure at all to buy the car and was I given the time needed, non of this hard selling nonsense that would have make me walk out of a dealership without blinking an eye lid.

Raj at Premier was fantastic, he could not do enough for me. My BMW is doing the job that I need it to do. Happy days 👍

What I admire about this dealership is that I had some small issues with my Ford but once I made Premier Car Supermarket aware of this they booked my car in at the weekend to get it sorted for me, the fact that they took ownership of this gives me trust to shop with them again when I am ready to buy my next car. thank you for all you help it does not go un noticed, I will without any doubt mention this to all my family, friends and work colleagues if I hear anything about them wanting to get a new car.

I am really happy with the Peugeot it was just what I wanted and it was exactly as described. I didn't even test drive it that day but I drove it back from Derby to my home in Manchester and it was a very pleasant drive, No complaints about these guys at all, Josh was BRILLIANT, he really went above and beyond my expectations, he ran through all the details with me and he answered all of my questions along the way, he was really helpful and he sorted out all the paper work in no time! I would defiantly make the trip from Manchester to Derby and back to deal with Premier car supermarket in the future.
