Aftersales from Premier Car Supermarket - Derby in response to Sound to deal with
Stacey, thank you so much for your kind review!
There is a really nice atmosphere around Premier Car Supermarket in Derby and they don't put you under any pressure at all to buy from them like some of these second hand car dealers that you come across from time to time, They let me have a good look at the large choice of cars that they had available without breathing down my neck. I am super happy with my Kia, it suits me well. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone else that is looking to buy their first car or looking for an upgrade.

Thank you, Aaron, for your five star review! We're please you found your experience enjoyable. Happy you're liking you Kia. Thanks again!!
Needed to change our car as the Grandchildren are growing up. Saw the ideal model at Premier Car Supermarket and called to make an appointment to see it and give it a test drive. The salesman, Kyle, was knowledgeable, courteous and not at all pushy. He certainly made the whole process, enjoyable, We knew roughly what our car was worth and so did they. Our "new" car was valeted, serviced and given a new MOT and was ready for collection five days later. Just driven eighty miles to get home and it is everything we hoped it would be.

Best dealership I have ever been to. They literally go above and beyond for everything. Even after my purchase and collection of vehicle, a lovely man from the dealership rang the next day. Kept me up to date and still cared even after they received my money.

Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to leave us a five star review!
Slightly stressful process at the beginning but only due to me not having any clue about cars. The team helped ease my worries by asking what I was after. They then pulled cars they thought I'd be interested in and gave me the run down of them all. So informative so helpful and so friendly. After purchasing the car we stumbled upon a few minor issues on the vehicle but the team got to work right away and fixed all minor issues which was fab.
