I thought Kyle was absolutely fantastic when I was buying Fiesta, he was a really nice, polite guy, and got everything in order for me. The car was really tidy and clean on the day I went to collect it, so I have zero complaints. I think they are a great dealership.

The Countryman is absolutely perfect, we really love the car upto now. The team were great to deal with too, they answered all of my many questions, presented the car beautifully and made the whole sale a breeze. Without a doubt in my mind I would happily use Premier Car Supermarket again, they really are a brilliant dealership!

I did have a bit of a problem to begin with, however, the PCS team were excellent in getting that sorted for me. There was no quibbling or haggling, they just cracked on with it. I would be more than happy to use them again, as I know I will be looked after no matter what.

The BMW they were advertising was the exact spec that I wanted for the car, and the price tag was reasonable as well. I went down to their site to view the car and instantly fell in love, it was just as described in the adverts. The team were excellent to deal with too, everyone was really friendly and approachable. It was a really relaxed, easy sale at Premier Car Supermarket. I wasn't hounded or constantly followed about, I was just given the keys and left to look at the car in my own time. When I did have a question they were there right away to help, it was a really good sale! The car has definitely been up to standards since buying from Premier. Although it is a second hand car, it has been well looked after, so the condition was near immaculate! It was my first time using Premier Car Supermarket and I would definitely use them again. Their customer service was impeccable, everyone who I interacted with was approachable and helpful! They did a very good job of valeting the car too, the smell was a bit over powering, but it's better than being unclean so I can't fault them really. I will definitely be back when I am after another car in the future.
