Thank you for your review we wish you many miles of safe motoring
My wife and I recently bought a four year old Seat Ibiza FR from PCS. I found Josh, the salesman, helpful, courteous and professional. We were very interested in the car on our first visit but he wasn't too pushy and we came back and put a deposit down on the second visit. The car was spotlessly clean and tidy when we went to collect and the few minor issues had been rectified as promised. All good so far and I would recommend this dealer and Josh in particular.

Took our 19 y/o son to get a newer car after his old one had major engine problem. Friendly non pressurised service from Gemma who sorted the viewing and test drive and also arranged the finance deal. New car serviced and valeted for collection the following day.

I bought an automatic Skoda Octavia 66 plate estate from this company On 17/06/21 There were 3 issues with the car relating to some cosmetic paint work , sat nav and a missing feature on the car They dealt with the sat nav a couple of weeks back and are going to snag the paint when the car goes in for service Regarding the missing feature on the car the dealership asked me how I would like it resolved They agreed to my proposal without any debate ,they would of course have taken the car back. If I wanted however it's a pretty decent car and I did not think that was the best course of action A company shows its true colours when problems need resolving and I have to say that everything has been resolved to my satisfaction My thanks to Josh and his manager Because of the way issues were dealt with I would have absolutely no hesitation in buying a car from them again The company behaved in a professional and honourable manner. Leaving me with a sense of confidence in the organisation and its staff.

I bought a car from yourselves three weeks ago and was so impressed with the standard of service. I didn’t feel harassed or under pressure to buy and was given loads of time to have a good look at the car in which I was interested. My thanks go to Gemma Haupt who dealt with the sale in a friendly and relaxed manner. I will certainly recommend this company to my friends

Went in this morning to have a look at a Clio, we dealt with Sean. Brilliant service, so helpful and the car was great, took it for a test drive, decided to purchase. We were all done and drove it away in just over an hour. Sean was great, he answered all our queries and was very knowledgable He certainly knows his stuff. I'm thrilled with my new car, and was so happy with the price too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Sean

I have just purchased a Mini from Premier Car Supermarket(PCS) in Derby, and had it delivered to my home in Salisbury. Buying a car is daunting at the best of times, and buying one "unseen" from a distance creates an added anxiety, but I found the whole process surprisingly straightforward and stress-free. Kyle from PCS was helpful, reassuring and efficient throughout. I felt that I was in good hands. The delivery went very smoothly and I should add that I am delighted with the car!
