I didn't speak to Allan face to face, as most of it was done over the phone but he was mainly involved when I was purchasing my car and his customer service was amazing. It was Allan who arranged the test drive of the car when I came down to visit but he wasn’t there on the day, test driving the car was important as I have never purchased a car without test driving it. The car had a knocking noise in the back but it has since sorted its self out.

I don’t have a bad word to say about my experience as the service was quick and the car was beautifully presented. Allan, who was looking after me managed to get everything sorted out on the same day. From seeing the car, to testing the car, to filling in the paperwork, it was a quick and easy process. I haven’t had any issues with the car. I would 100% return to this dealership and recommend them to friends and family.

Allan made my experience rememberable, quick and straight forward from start to finish. Once I arrived at the dealership, I told the sales team exactly what I was after, they listened to everything I said, and they found exactly what I was after and now I’m obsessed with my Jeep. It really helped that the team let me test drive the car before I purchased it.

Brilliant from start to finish! Allan and the team were amazing throughout the whole process, I can’t fault them whatsoever. I raised some points that needed looking at and once I mentioned this to Allan, it was in and straight back out the garage on the same day and I’ve had no issues with it since. If I could give 10 stars I would!

The perfect car and outstanding experience with Premier Car Supermarket. The salesman was really welcoming and didn’t put any pressure on me to buy a car, which allowed me to have a good look around the showroom and as soon as I was ready to ask for some more information all the staff were readily available helping to answer all my questions. A fantastic experience all round.

Really happy with my new little Audi A1, with only 22K miles on the clock it was an absolute steal! I really love German cars, I feel they are just a level above the rest. Edem was very good too, very helpful and friendly. I have no complaints and I am so happy with my new car.

They've been really good on both occasions – during our visit to see the car and when we came back to collect the car. They took good care of us and made sure we was happy before leaving their showroom! The car is lovely and running well, I couldn't be more pleased and will be recommending this car supermarket to others in need of a new vehicle. Overall, a solid 5 stars.

Car is running perfectly and I'm thoroughly enjoying driving it – a definite 100% satisfaction. The customer service was exceptional, extremely warming people and always on hand to help. Everything was just as it should have been, if not better. Nothing but 5 stars from me – I highly recommend it!

I came down to Premier Car Supermarket and I cannot tell you just how pleased I am with my little Peugeot 208, its a great little car and it runs nicely with no issues, its doing the job properly. The customer service - I thought it was great, in my opinion. I had a lovely chat with the team and they helped me a lot throughout. They was able to answer all of my questions and offer great advice about the car.
