I recently bought a lovely new car from Premier Car Supermarket in Kettering, I have had a few cars similar in regards to it being hatchback, automatic and pretty small so it didn't take much getting used to. The staff were all very helpful and kind and easy going. The sale was not rushed it was at my pace and I left like I had a good amount of time to choose cars ect without been pressured into buying something, a really nice over-all approach! P.s Edem is great.

I haven't been driving the new C- HR as much as I would like to, only because I drive my work's courtesy car in the week, but from what II have driven of it, it drives really well and I am most pleased with it. The customer service was great and I can't thank them for how great they were with me. I would certainly come back to Premier Car Supermarket Kettering when I or a family member is ready for a new car.

Karman was a charm to deal with, so very helpful and friendly and did so much for us. Me and my husband love the Ford Fiesta and everything seems right with it. I will be rating a 4.5 stars and I never give full marks !!!

Over all I am very pleased with the process of buying my car, it was made simple and very smooth, the whole transaction was straight forward. I was pleased that I got to test drive the BMW 1 Series and I do not look back in regret at all. I love it! Its a great drive, great fun and very comfortable too. I would rate a high 4 stars as I am just waiting on a little part, other than that it would be a 5 all over!

I am thinking about changing my car and I called into the Kettering branch and talked to customer advisor Allan. He was lovely , polite, wasn’t pushy (try to get a sale) , he spent time with me, answering questions and helped me look for a car with towing capacity. Although I didn’t buy this time, I would definitely return to look again as he helped me to narrow down the field of types of car that would work for me. A big thank you Allan.

Coewin was prefect, really helpful, he did not pressure me into buying the car or anything, it was a really easy process, I could not have asked anymore of him, My Fiat is such a good car, I love it. Would recommend others to pay Premier Car at Kettering a visit.

All appears to be good with the Citroen and the service was superb, the whole team at PCS were attentive and helpful, I would highly recommend!

The Volkswagen was for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. Kamen was outstanding, once my daughter told him what car she wanted he was able to get one for her to look at, went through any questions that she had, and let her take the car for a test drive which went very smoothly. Once we paid a deposit it was a little while before we could go to collect the car because they wanted to get it serviced for her and give it a thorough inspection to make sure it was in tip top condition, Kamen kept us both in the loop at all times on the progress of everything and let us know when the car was ready to be collected. I would not hesitate to come back to these in the future and I will let everyone I know that is looking for a new car to give these guys a try.

Alan was very friendly, I was more than happy with the experience, my other car had broken down when I came to collect my Volkswagen so I had to travel to them on the bus. Alan even came to collect me from Kettering town centre and took me to Premier Car Supermarket to pick up my Volkswagen, he went above and beyond my expectations by doing this, it is a fantastic car, I'm really pleased with it. I would shop with them again and tell others about how good this dealership have been to me.
