I visited Premier Car Supermarket yesterday for the second time, the first time round was to purchase the car and the second time was to have some issues corrected. On both occasions the team were lovely and pleasant to deal with. I would rate the overall service five stars.

I was so made to feel so comfortable when dealing with the staff at Premier Car Supermarket. Jamil was amazing, it was like nothing was too much trouble to ask. The Clio I bought has been doing just fine for me, I don't drive it all that often at the moment but when I do it is absolutely lovely.

In March we purchased a lovely little Fiesta for my son and he is absolutely loving it! I haven't heard a peep out of him since. We travelled a long way to buy the car from Premier Car Supermarket but I am pleased to say the journey was well worth it! The transaction of buying the car was really straightforward and easy.

I dealt with Junaid during the sale of my Skoda and he is a really nice guy, my father in law actually collected the car for me and he commented on how good they were too! My only complaint would be how busy they were when I came to view the car I did have to wait for a good 20 minuets but I can also appreciate that this is out of their control. The car itself has been great and I have encounter no issues with it.

I must start buy saying Raj is an absolute pleasure to deal with, a really nice guy! He looked after us so well and made the purchase of our A1 a breeze! Would would definately return here for another car.

Great customer service both during and after the purchase of my A-Class, Raj is a lovely bloke to deal with. The A-Class has given me no trouble, the only thing I have needed to contact them regarding was the service light needing to be turned off, which they did so within a couple of minuets and their sincere apologies! Would happily rate five stars due to how nice of an experience it has been.

My initial contact with Premier Car Supermarket was via their website and shortly following that they responded to me on email. All communication was clear and I was able to get a good understanding of the car and the process before I visited in person. When I did see the car it was just as described and I was more than happy to pursue the sale. I have owned the car for about a month now and I am still very impressed with it.
