Overall, my experience has been pretty smooth with my car. Had a bit of a scare with an engine warning light a few weeks back, but it disappeared on its own the next day - The car's been running fine since then. Josh, the person I dealt with, was quite helpful and friendly. Honestly, he was brilliant—really knew his stuff. I'd rate his service a 5/5 and definitely recommend him. The only slight bother was the distance from my house, but everything else was brilliant and the car was well worth the long drive. They even noticed and fixed a few minor issues with the car, and I appreciated their honesty in notifying me about it, they got it all sorted before my arrival too, which I thought was great. Overall, a positive experience!

The whole experience was absolutely brilliant, the only reason I have noted a 4* rating is due to the confusion I had when arriving at the dealership and which way to go in, there was a lack of signage. I had seen the car (Dacia Sandero) online but I wanted to see the car first, so I went down to see the car and potentially take it away. Once I found my way in, and met with Jodi, the salesman, he was absolutely incredible. I learned that Jodi was very new to the job but I have to say he was very very friendly and I was so pleased with the service he provided, he is a 5* all day long. He didnt shadow over me when I was looking at the car but he was readily available when I needed assistance, I really liked this approach. I had a little hiccup with an error on the dashboard, I took it back to Jodi, and the team reset the error, its been perfect since! It turns out it a was a lightbulb that was changed on MOT that hadn't registered. Over-all a very positive experience and one I will recommend to others.

Jodi was really good with information, updates and advice over the phone but unfortunately wasn't there on the day of collection to met in person. I dealt with him throughout the deal and then dealt with a lady on the handover, she was excellent, really informative and helpful. Both sales advisor were brilliant and I can't fault the service levels. The showroom was extremely busy that day and they had struggled with sickness of staff, I can say they handled everything very well and customers were still looked after with a high level of service. The car was just as Jodi described, in a lovely condition and extremely clean and tidy! Over-all I have to rate 5* I'm chuffed with the car and experience of buying with this dealer. I will definitely come back to buy again in the future.

Everything has been perfect! I went to Premier Car Supermarket in Kettering as my previous lease had come to an end and I decided to buy a car instead of taking another lease. This has been a change of pace as I was on an EV before and it's been a long while since I last drove a manual car. I do however, really like my new Vauxhall Crossland, it's perfect for my partner and I in terms of comfort, size and everything in between. I am also really happy with the staff and how well we were looked after at Premier Car Supermarket, the are a company I would comfortably recommend.

I have had such a great service from Premier Car Supermarket, from the moment I first enquired about the Nissan the service was professional, honest and helpful. Everybody I spoke to was fantastic, they ensured a straightforward simple sale, brilliant over-all! The Nissan I purchased from them is superb, such a lovely car, I'm well happy with it.

I cannot fault the service that Jodi the salesman provided, he was excellent, highly knowledgeable and able to answer any question I fired his way. My Vauxhall runs perfectly, no issues at all with it, it's the ideal car.
