I'm absolutely delighted with the golf I purchased from Prestige Cars. Prestige were brilliant throughout my experience. I did have a couple of issues with the car, but they put those right straight away, so I've got no problems at all now. I was really happy with how they dealt with those issues and got everything put right. I will be going back there for a new car

I couldn't fault Prestige Cars Kent. It was a seamless, easy process, to be honest, and I dealt with Connor. There wasn't anything I could fault about the process or the experience. I just feel like nothing's ever fully perfect, and I struggle to give anything full marks. That's not because there was anything wrong. It's just how I tend to rate things.

So far, so good. We're still within the 90-day warranty, and I've had it checked over at my local SKODA garage on their 100-point check. All seems fine. On the day of purchase, we started off dealing with a bloke and ended up with a girl. Both were very helpful, explanatory and efficient. The only thing I could mention was it was congested with cars, and a member of the public blocked us in, so we had to wait a while before test driving the car, but that isn't necessarily the dealership problem. It just meant we had to wait a little longer than we would have expected. I've already recommended Prestige Cars to a couple of people. Although they're miles away from my friends and family, I've said that if they're looking for a specific car, it's worth looking on their website.

All good with the Mercedes A-Class I bought from Prestige Cars in Kent. James was the salesman, I've got nothing bad to say about him. There were a few things I had to get sorted after picking the car up, including some things that hadn't been done and the number plates needing to be swapped over. Those were just a few things that needed sorting after buying the car. Other than that, everything was all good, and I'm happy with how things went overall. I'd recommend the dealership to others, and I already have. It was a decent experience overall.

There were only two of the BMW 4 Series in the country that were available for sale at the time, so we travelled down from Yorkshire to get the car. The dealership was brilliant. There was a longer wait than I'd anticipated, but they were making sure and checking everything was right because we wanted to take the car away that day. They were brilliant with the teas, coffees, facilities and everything. The only thing that let it down was the part exchange offer for my previous car. It was nowhere near what I wanted, and that's the only reason I've knocked a star off. Apart from that, the experience was really, really good. The lady who served us, Jessica, was absolutely excellent. I'd give her five out of five

Purchasing an Audi A4 from Prestige Cars in Kent was fairly good. It's a good dealership, and the purchase went through fine with no issues, really. The car itself is pretty good and good fun to drive. It's a bit uncomfortable compared to what I'm used to, having previously driven an A6. Going from that to the smaller car is a bit of a difference. The purchase went through fine. There were no real issues.

I was specifically looking for a BMW 2 Series and first saw the car advertised on Auto Trader. After finding it, I checked the insurance before going ahead with the purchase from Prestige Cars. It drives well, and so far, so good

I originally saw a Mercedes C-Class on Auto Trader. The staff were good. I was happy with how things went. The only thing for me is that I'm based up in Scotland, so there's quite a bit of travelling involved to get to the dealership. That's something I'd have to consider if I was looking to buy another car from Prestige Cars Kent in the future. Having said that, if I found the right car, I'd buy from them again.

The check engine light came on literally the day after I bought the car. I took it back to the dealership, and they sorted it out really quickly. They were helpful when I contacted them about the issue. They told me to bring the car down on the day, and they had it sorted that same day as well. That was the only thing stopping me from giving full marks.

I've had no problems with it at all. I wasn't originally looking for a Mercedes, but when I went there, I pretty much knew that was the car I'd be picking up. They've got quite a lot of stock, although they're an appointment-based company, so you book to see the car you're interested in rather than just turning up and looking around. The service on the day was great. It was a bit slow, but when you're buying a car, there's quite a bit of paperwork and other bits to go through. They were very helpful and sat down with me to get all the paperwork done, which was absolutely fine.
