First time visiting Prestige Cars Kent and to be honest, everything went perfectly. The salesman that looked after me was really good. I noticed a couple of scratches on the car before taking it away, and he was able to get me booked in to get them sorted next week. Very happy with my car.

My partner has been driving the car and she really likes it. The salesman I dealt with was good as gold and provided excellent service.

This is my first hybrid car, so it’s taken a bit of adjusting, but overall I’ve been enjoying it. When I went to collect the vehicle, it was valeted to a very high standard and ready to go, which I really appreciated.

I came across Prestige Cars Kent while searching for a specific Mercedes C43 AMG, which I eventually found online after a while. The overall experience was good, and I don’t think there’s anything they need to improve.

Customer service was good throughout the process, from purchasing the vehicle to collecting it. The only issue I’ve had is with the battery, which I plan to contact them about, I’m confident they’ll help me resolve it

I’m very pleased with both the car and the team at Prestige Cars Kent. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to the wait when collecting the car, we had to wait for the rear sensors to be fixed and for the vehicle to be valeted.

Really enjoying the car and so far I haven't had any issues so far. I chose to take it before a small bit of detailing was done, which I’ll arrange with the dealership to get it in and sorted. But the car is as badged, and I’m very happy with it. The salesman was great leading up to the sale, and the handover team was excellent. They walked me through the whole process in a clear, friendly, and transparent way. Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car.

No issues have come to light on my BMW X5 X Drive, it's been fine so far. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had to take the car back, as I felt it hadn't been cleaned properly, but after taking it back, they sorted it out for me.

This is my second car from Prestige Cars Kent but on this occasion I purchased a car for my wife and she loves it. I think the salesman that looked after me on the day was Luke, and he was very good. Happy to give the car and the dealership 5*
