It was such a great experience dealing with Richard at Prestige Cars. I had very good communication with him, and the perfect level of detail and advice about the car was given to me. Richard obviously knows his stuff and is super experienced in the motor industry. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to make their next car purchase, and I would use them again. 

I love my BMW. Paul and Phoebe were both fantastic. Overall, the service while buying my car, the handover, and the aftercare made me rate this dealer 10/10. Paul and Phoebe were a delight to deal with during the sales process. Their expertise in the motor industry made me feel comfortable spending my hard-earned money with them. The handover was seamless, and they had all the documentation ready for me, so all I had to do was put my signature on the paperwork. When I realised that the tow bar had not been removed from the car, I brought it back to them, and despite the oversight, the dealership handled it quickly and efficiently. Credit to them for rectifying this minor hiccup so promptly. A great review should not only highlight the positives but also acknowledge any challenges a customer comes across in a constructive manner.

I was looking to purchase a BMW 3 series, and I managed to find one that ticked all the right boxes on AutoTrader with Prestige Cars Kent. My Audi has been wonderful. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the reversing camera that was not playing ball. But fear not! Josh was a little superstar, and I could not have asked for more from him. This experience ranks among the best dealership interactions I have ever had. We are delighted with our Kia Sportage that we bought from Prestige Cars Kent. The car is lovely, and we both enjoy the time we get to spend driving it. James and Jess were both awesome, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Any questions I had or concerns were dealt with promptly, and this gave us great confidence buying our car from this company.

All I can say is that the customer service from Paul and the team at Prestige Cars is top-notch. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door of the dealership, and they allowed me plenty of time to inspect the car without breathing down my neck. The handover was swift, and the lady that looked after me was lovely and she went through the car's main features with me.

I was highly impressed with the service from AK during the purchase of my Tesla. I was given the time I needed to look around the car without him trying to exert any pressure on me. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign on collection, so there was no unnecessary waiting around. From start to finish it was a smooth transition.

James was very clear, and he explained things well. He did not use any hard sales tactics, which I liked about him, this tends to happen in lots of companies sadly and it can become very off-putting. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service from James. 

I'm over the moon with my Citroen DS3; it drives like a dream. There was a crack in the windscreen when I collected the car, but when I made the dealership aware of this, they were on the ball to get the car back to the garage quickly to get it repaired for me. I really appreciated them taking ownership of things, unlike most dealerships that don't seem to be bothered once they have sold a car to you.
