At the beginning of my experience after a miss understanding I didn't know where it was going to go, once we got the ball rolling it was brilliant. I had 3rd party finance however, Louise managed to get the finance cheaper than what I was offered... that doesn't go unseen so thank you very much. There has been a small wear and tare niggle with a bulb but that's expected with a second hand car so no fault of Prestige Cars Kent's. After shaking Robs hand and coming to an agreement the process ran smooth and was pretty quick. I'm pleased I got to test drive the car, we did fall in love with the GLA Class pretty quick but the test drive was something else, it was nice to have no pressure put on us and for it to be such a leisurely test drive. Thanks Rob and Louise.

During my experience at Prestige Cars Kent, Davies was dealing with us and I must say he was brilliant. From start to finish he was very informative and made sure everything was explained and understood at all times. He was so welcoming on arrival, the customer care was amazing really. We were offered coffee and biscuits and was always made comfortable. Davies explained everything thoroughly before we went ahead with the purchase which is very much appreciated. I would come back here to purchase another car in the future but for now I'm happy to recommend Prestige Cars Kent.
