I would happily rate my experience of buying a car from Prestige Motors Kent 5 stars. The car is running well, and the service I received from Nigel was fantastic. I think there may be a small issue with the cambelt, but I'm confident the warranty will cover it. I would definitely use these guys again!

We've had mixed experiences with dealerships in the past—mostly unpleasant ones if I’m honest. Prestige Motors Kent was recommended to us by a finance broker who spoke very highly of them, saying they’d never had an issue with any of the cars sold through them. After reading their glowing reviews we decided to go ahead—and we’re so glad we did! We opted for a Vauxhall Grandland having owned one before and loved it. PMK had one in stock that was practically identical to our old one. The car was absolutely spotless, immaculately valeted inside and out and even came with floor mats (which most dealers don’t bother including anymore). Although the car had six months left on the MOT they went ahead and put a fresh one on for us, giving us peace of mind for the next year. Since purchasing we've been away camping with the kids and the car has been absolutely perfect—exactly what we needed. We're genuinely grateful for the dealership’s help and support. If we had one small piece of feedback, it would be that the deposit refund could’ve been processed a little quicker as it took about two weeks—but aside from that, we really can’t fault the experience. We’d definitely return and recommend them in a heartbeat.

Something that really stood out at the dealership was how clean everywhere was. The cars were beautifully presented, the staff were all very professional, and the dealership had a strong sense of professionalism.

On arrival to look at a ford focus I was greeted by Nigel who was very helpful with all my questions and answered them professionally not once did he pressure me to purchase the vehicle. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. Nigel then sweetened the deal by getting the cam belt replaced and air con re gassed which was a very thoughtful and nice gesture. I walked away happy and excited for my new car. I collected the car and drove it back to Medway with no faults at all. However on the Saturday the car went in to limp mode. I phoned Marcin and explained the situation calmly and Marcin advised me to get the car recovered to them. I had the vehicle recovered and taken back to Sevenoaks where I was met by Marcin who was very apologetic that the car had decided to break down which was not the dealers fault in the slightest one of the fuel injectors decided to stop working. 2 days after this was recovered I had a call from Marcin to say it was all fixed and ready to be collected. I collected the key and car from Nigel and Marcin and they had even changed a tyre sensor for me also. I cannot fault prestige at all from there customer service which I thought was outstanding. And they kept me in the loop with what was happening with my car. I would highly recommend anyone that was looking for a clean and tidy car to come here you will not be disappointed. As I will return when it’s time to get another car.
